I ordered Sonic toys at a great price on 22/10/12. No tracking number received & no reply to 2 emails I sent. Then I found these reviews & thought I'd lost my money! BUT this morning 23/11/12 my items arrived (uk) as described. Really pleased! Agree communication needs to be sorted as it is zero at the moment, but cant really complain 4 weeks to the UK. Come on Toydorks, all we need to know is that our items are on their way!

Placed order 2 weeks ago, they charged my card, but have not contacted me, ok, waited for a week, sent them an e-mail, no reply, seems like they robbed me, damn, now I have to find ways to reclaim my money back

Ordered a toy for my son. Card charged, no word or sign of the toy. 3 weeks later, & I just got a shipping confirmation email. After reading the other reviews (wish I had seen them earlier!) I'm hoping we at least get the toy & it's in good shape. Never write reviews but this company is just awful.

The only thing this company does well is take your money. I order a few toys from them a while ago. When the items didn't arrive when they said they would I e-mailed asking for an update and a tracking number. No reply. A week later I tried to call them. First trying to find a number for them was nearly impossible and when I did find a number it went straight to voice mail. So I e-mailed again and again no response. Since I paid through pay pal I filled a complaint with pay pal. This company didn't even respond to the pay-pal complaint. I am still waiting for pay pal to get my money back. What is clear is that Toydorks.com is a fraud.

I placed an order for my grandson as a Christmas gift on 11/22/11. I never received the items, they do not respond to emails nor do they have a phone number that you can talk to someone. I only wish I would have read the reviews before I placed my order. I am now contacting my credit card company to reverse the charge. If I could give a minus on this so called company I would, they don't deserve even 1 star!

I find a item that is rare and can't be found anywhere else, cheap too. i get excited and place my order. 1 week later no email even confirming that the item got shipped. 2weeks later. 3 weeks later. 4 weeks later haven't gotten and email saying its even shipped or that they even acknowledged my order. Over the course of the month i sent countless emails, no reply. I sent a complaint to Paypal and got my money back but not toy what so ever.
IMO DON'T USE TOYDORKS!

Come on Toydorks, refund my sons money. He worked to hard to buy that item that was rare (120.00) and you have given him nothing! I think this is terrible the way you treat customers. Obviously you have more bad
reviews than good ones, and the good ones seemed to get there stuff, and on time too!! WTF! I think 4 months is way to long to wait!

That sums up my experience. It's just as well I paid through Paypal as this ensures a way to get your money back, which is exactly what I had to do. No replys to emails whatsoever, and of course no figures either.

This site is a complete joke. I ordered a product listed as 'in stock' and according to their site policy, it would ship within 1-3 days. It's been over 2 weeks and I'm still waiting, and what's worse, they have made no attempts whatsoever to respond to any of my e-mails. Very disappointing.... for all that is kind and holy, please steer clear from this sham site, or you may be facing the same debacle. Had to open a paypal claim...waiting to get a refund.

They say on the site that it ships in "5-7 business days" DON'T believe it! They start giving excuses and aren't good about answering e-mails. Had to file a claim with pay-pal, and they DID refund. Bottom line, this place isn't worth your trouble, GO ELSEWHERE with your business, just like they told me after they refunded my money! I said I was happy to do that!!!!

Purchased the Marvel Super Hero Squad Avenger 4pack on 1/6 and was so exicited because that is all my grandson wanted for his birthday.
Toydorks charged my account and emailed me a receipt number. I waited for a tracking number and they never responded. I emailed them twice and they never responded. Finally I had to put a dispute in with Paypal and they are now refunding my money, which still has not be credited to my account. It is now 1/22. Don't use this company...they can't deliver the product..BUT they make sure they take your money!! The best is after the dispute response from paypal I get an email from a Frank at Toydorks congratulating me because I have been given a 10% off coupon!!! ARE THEY KIDDING ME OR WHAT...TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!

Good, tipping onto great. This place had everything a toy store does, except with more options and they bring the toy to you. I was able to find the toy, buy it and have it in my hands within the next few days. I was lucky because I bought the action figure the weekend before my nephew's birthday party. The only downside is that it looked like they only had a few of everything, but nothing's perfect.

I was looking for a particular toy that was sold out every where. Finally found it on Toydorks.com and ordered it. Shipping cost was cheap and I got it within a few days. I would definitely buy toys from here again in the future.

Products are listed as: instock, available, preorders, outofstock so that collectors like me can know when to expect shipment. Its nice to find a place out of print products just like toywiz but at a lower price. Shipping cost is reasonable.
