Kate the hygienist and her assistant were both warm and friendly and made me feel instantly at ease.
Each step was explained to me and was and I was asked often if I was ok which I felt was very caring .
The whole experience was absolutely fine .

Polite,professional and pretty much pain free
I’ve had quite a bit of work done on my teeth recently,due to getting old I guess🙄but the staff at Towngate have always been so pleasant,professional and caring.the work I’ve had done(including root canal ,crowns and a filling)have all been pain free and great results.its not my favourite day out obviously but they make it as good an experience as it can be.all in all id strongly recommend this practice

Excellent practice !
All the Towngate staff were professional, friendly and helpful and I was very pleased with the root canal treatment done by Dr Holme and his team. Everything was clearly explained and was not uncomfortable at all.

I have just moved dentists to towngate as I wasn't happy with the service I received at my previous dentist and wow I'm so happy I did, always a warm welcome, everyone is friendly and the work is very thorough, but most importantly it's all explained to me very well. Can't recommend them enough

5 Stars for my Spark transformation!
Truly transformed my teeth after 13 months of being on the Spark journey! I am in awe at how lovely, straight and white my teeth are now. Dr Taylor is so meticulous and has done a fantastic job. Dr Holmes did a great job with my root canal too. Every visit I was always made to feel at ease, and painless. I received the highest quality and attentive care and all members of staff are incredibly friendly. I just love this place. Highly recommend this dentist practice.

Fast efficient and highly professional team.
What an incredible team of people! I had to have a double root canal and three crowns but only had ten days before I left the country. From diagnosis through to the end of the treatment Towngate dental worked out a plan and completed the treatment on time. Prof Roudsari, Dr Holme, Dr Trill and Dr Taylor all worked tirelessly to carry out the root canal, prepare my teeth and fit the crowns. it was a mammoth effort carried out with great care and attention to detail. The results are fabulous. No more pain and perfect teeth. Thanks also to the reception team Kathlene, Emma and Michele for arranging all the appointments and making the plan work. I would highly recommend Towngate Dental.

From the time I was told that I needed root canal treatment and two crowns everything has gone so very smoothly. The professionalism of the friendly and informative staff made the whole experience so easy and relaxing and I would recommend anyone to visit this practice especially if they are nervous about dental visits.

I have recommended this dentist to all my friends. Mrs Taylor and the team are very friendly, welcoming and truly professional. They make you feel very relaxed which for me going to the dentist before was never relaxing. I have had a full top set of veneers which was totally worth the money and I almost fell asleep having a root canal with Will, he is so gentle, and his singing.... well what can I say, don't quit your day job Will (haha).
Thank you to you all, you have converted me - I am no longer afraid of going to the dentist, and now have a beautiful smile again! x

Had a fabulous experience at Towngate Dental Practice seeing Dr Taylor (who gave me some excellent advice, thank you) and Mandy the hygienist who is so gentle I almost fell asleep! 😉
Everyone is really pleasant, welcoming and friendly, especially the nurses. I would highly recommend this place.

Towngate Dental Practice is superb!
Towngate Dental Practice is superb!! All the staff are very professional and very friendly. As soon as you walk in you receive a warm and friendly greeting.
My Dentist there is Dr Ben Trill. He is by far the best dentist l have ever been with. I followed him from his two previous practices. He has a warm and reassuring manner. He takes time to explain any procedures fully.
I have felt no pain at all during any procedure he has carried out.
In addition, l also see the Hygienist Mandy who is exceptional. I have sensitive teeth and l feel no discomfort at all when Mandy carries out a scale and polish. Her warm and friendly manner puts me at ease and like Dr Ben Trill, Mandy takes the time to explain the procedure fully.

It is a very comfortable place , you’re greeted by friendly staff and any concerns are always listened to and more importantly acted on ; for example pre numbing prior to any injections and there’s regular pauses during a treatment to enable you to “have a rest “ it is like a different world here .
