Ordered two towels on 29 May and still not here on 12 June. Emailed company on 9 June and no reply. Two weeks for delivery is simply not acceptable!

I just ordered 2 took forever to arrive. The product i received wasnt even Towelnado Branded. Was Branded Cool Towel. Emailed them twice, also via the contact us link on their website page about it, not even a response. Not sure they are the real thing dont look like it, no obvious layers, think I just got scammed for two small bog standard sports towels.

Ice Towel took forever to arrive. Tracking VIA the Shop app shows it came from China. The product i received wasnt even Towelnado Branded. Was Branded Cool Towel.
I also ordered the Fan. Which via the shop app is still saying pending. But did arrive via Yodel. After emailing asking for the tracking for the fan. Shows this actually came from Ali Express.

Wouldn't use again.

Same as the rest of the 1 stars. Arrived but using the Shop.app, I could see it came from China. So wanted expecting much and I wasn't disappointed 🤣. Totally FAKE if there is a real one, and didn't work.

This company is a complete scam. They take your money and do not send anything. Customer service does not exist and there is no reply.. avoid this company.

Item says delivered to safe space with no idea where safe space is, no photo no package and no reply to several emails. Avoid at all cost!

Sent the item very late and now won't respond to emails requesting a return. Contacted a number of times and it has been a month now, still no contact.

Avoid at all costs. Wish I’d read the reviews before purchasing. No response from customer services despite repeated emails from me. Order never arrived; just continuous tracking updates. I suspect if they do arrive they’ll be the fake generic copies that the other reviewer have mentioned.

AVOID - scam! Delivery took nearly two weeks to arrive (they didn't respond to emails). The product that turned up is from a completely different brand (not towelnado) with a different product name.

I’d give 0.5 if I could at least it arrived but damaged contacted customer service twice and no reply , avoid at all costs , waste of money

I ordered what is advertised as a towelnado product, but what I received is a cheap generic product that I could have ordered from other sites at a quarter of the cost. To make matters worse the container that is supplied is useless as it has no seal ring so you cant carry the towel around with water on a hot day as it's not watertight

Just a cheap towel. Not the real brand

The towels we was sent are not Towelnado towels they are cheap ones that we could have ordered ourself off of temu or Amazon, delivery takes 11 days and when contacting them they give you no response.
It’s not worth the money and the time waiting for delivery

Towelnado.com seems to be a fake site - NOT selling the products "as seen on itvs this morning"!
Thought id bought quality authentic item from the official site, but received a fan "branded" as kinscoter and a towel "branded" as cool power. Both came at different times from different places and have no useful instruction and extensive Chinese writing.

Was sent some Temu knockoff. If this product does exist they are not selling the genuine article. I was sent something you can buy off Temu for pennies. It doesn't have 3 layers, only two flimsy layers and the bottle isn't even labelled Towelnado. I believe the video they are using is fake. Their customer service contact is only email and I doubt they will respond to or refund me. Please DO NOT TRUST THIS SCAMMY COMPANY.

Company are not to be trusted.

Purchased 2 products on 29th June, no updates, had to chase 3 times and yet they blame the courier. I've requested a full refund and they are not willing to refund unless I send goods back, I don't even have the goods. This company cannot be trusted, all UK should stay clear, there are better products in UK on Amazon.
