Best customer service in the industry

Fast delivery.

Ordering was easy and delivery was fast but for a delicate £50 IEM cable to just be in a jiffy bag inside a thin envelope put a lot of trust in the delivery system. Might not be TourStock's fault if it came from the manufacturer like that but still, some sort of padding/protection would have been nice.

Good deliverycompany and good information

Excellent service.Always open.

Always a pleasure, great customer service and speedy turnaround.

I needed a keyboard flight case urgently and nowhere in London sells them really, even getting one second-hand is tough because they are usually custom-made items. Called up here, a guy called Sam answered and was instantly super accommodating - we only had a couple of days before we flew out and he still managed to source us a cheap and safe option, within 24 hours, when anything else would have been absolutely unworkable for us, practically or financially. Was totally wowed by their efficient service despite tight deadlines and specific requests. They are just all round absolute diamonds, highly recommend if you are a musician or a band in need of an item you can't find, or just if you need any kind of logistical help with touring, these guys will sort you out no problem. In the end I didn't even use the case they provided and took it back, and I tried desperately to pay them at least for their time and they wouldn't take it. These guys are super genuine and they really go out of their way to make touring life possible.

These guys saved me from a huge issue I was having where the Wi-Fi had been cut off in my studio and I had several people depending on me for a stable connection.

Fortunately, I am not far away, but Sam from TourStock immediately brought over a Mudi-7 Portable Wi-Fi Router and even helped me set it up, as he could see how stressed I was. It worked brilliantly and really saved the day.

Can't thank or recommend these guys enough!!

Price and product

As usual a great service, excellent product and fair pricing

TourStock Rock! Thanks Sam for helping us in an emergency! Quick, helpful, friendly, what more can you ask for.

Excellent experience. Next day, personalised delivery. Product as advertised. Sam and his team were great!

I had the IEMS within a few days of placing my order. The product is great - used for first time in full band rehearsal this evening and did everything I wanted from them. The seal was so tight I had to pull our an IEM to hear what my bandmates were saying! The handwritten note with the IEMS was a nice touch.

It's really great when you find a new fantastic store to deal with. I had been looking for a Jodivac for my iems for a while, on the bank holiday Monday my iems stopped working, so, inbetween sets, I ordered from Tourstock, on t'interwebs. On Wednesday afternoon, I had the Jodivac in my grubby hands. The communication was great, keeping me constantly updated. And the hand written note in the package was a lovely touch. I will definitely use Tourstock going forward

TourStock very helpful. Sam, is kind and knowledgeable for all music equipment.

I can now use my Bluetooth to an old style speaker.
TourStock….. we need this company,
Anything musical go there 🎩

Sam was super helpful, and it seems like if they don't have what you need, they can find it. The option to collect from the Wimbledon shop is also a big win!

Sam doesn’t mess around….
