SCAM. In June 2025, I paid ToTamToTut / Relocation Consulting OÜ €2,580 for relocation support to obtain a Spanish residence permit.
More than a year later, I still have no residence permit, no application submitted, no prepared document package, and no clear refund schedule. In my case, the only tangible result I received was a short document with a project idea, plus months of vague communication like “we’ll check”, “colleagues will contact you”, and “we’ll get back to you”.
When the original startup route stopped working properly, I was offered to switch to another immigration route — Cuenta Propia — within the same overall contract price. I did not agree to switch, because this was not the route I originally paid for.
Later the company discussed a refund, but no proper written agreement or clear repayment schedule was provided. As of October 2026, zero money was returned.
Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this company. I paid for relocation support but did not receive the service in any meaningful form.

Everything was good, I was successfuly relocated without severe problems and things went just as I expected. Would recommend

The whole relocation process in Spain was well-organized, clear, and comfortable from start to finish.

Communication was smooth and easy, and we always felt that everything was under control. A special thank you to Anna, who made us feel calm and confident throughout the process. She was professional, reassuring, and easy to talk to, which made a big difference during such an important transition.

Overall, we're very happy with the service and would definitely recommend it to anyone planning a move to Spain!

I had a very positive experience working with the team at totamtotut on my Portuguese D7 visa application.

The team helped me navigate the documentation process, provided a clear list of requirements, answered my questions, and reviewed my documents before submission. Anna and Anastasia were particularly helpful, professional, and responsive throughout the process.

One of the biggest positives was the quality of the final application package. Everything was properly prepared, and I received my visa without any additional requests for documents from the consulate.

I also appreciated the guidance on the motivation letter, which gave me a solid foundation to adapt to my personal circumstances.

Overall, I received my visa significantly earlier than I had originally planned, which made a real difference to my relocation plans. The process was smooth, and I’m grateful to the team for their support.

I would recommend totamtotut to anyone looking for professional assistance with their Portuguese D7 visa application.

Overall, we had a positive experience with the company. They helped us relocate to Spain and obtain our residence permits, and the process went fairly smoothly.

Communication could have been better at times, although they usually replied within one business day. Our main consultant also changed during the preparation stage, which meant we had to explain our situation and go over the documents again.

The most frustrating part was a change in the approach to proving my professional experience. With our first consultant, we agreed to use contracts, so I spent a couple of hundred euros obtaining a document related to my previous employer. After the consultant changed, we decided to use my employment record book instead, which meant that document was no longer needed.

Apart from these issues, everything went well. Most importantly, we successfully obtained our residence permits, so I would recommend the company.

First of all, I want to clarify that the company fulfilled its obligations according to the contract, and I have no formal claims. However, I feel compelled to share my experience to warn others to avoid this company, as I do not recommend it and found my overall experience to be expensive, overpriced, and disappointing.

My case involves the Nomad Visa for Portugal, which I started in early 2026. I ultimately decided to withdraw from the submission process in the middle of 2026. The company completed only about 30-35% of what they were supposed to do under the agreement. Unfortunately, their policy makes it impossible for me to get a refund without resorting to legal action.

1. Lack of Power and Presence in Legal and Immigration Departments: The personnel in these departments could not assist in expediting document submissions or resolving issues with the immigration office—this is crucial when applying for documents in another country.

2. Limited Services Provided: They offered 1-2 consultations, created a Notion page listing the required documents, obtained a tax ID (which I could have done myself in 30 minutes), and shared a few contacts for signing tenant agreements and other matters. Beyond that, I was responsible for everything else: navigating the city, gathering all necessary documents, dealing with the immigration office, and translating everything—essentially managing all the logistics myself.

In my opinion, their most valuable service is the review of documents before submitting them for a visa. However, since I decided to relocate to another country, we did not utilize this service.

I attempted to negotiate a partial refund of the approximately €2,500 I paid, but their support team insisted they had fulfilled their obligations under our contract and that the agreement does not allow for refunds. While technically accurate, the issue is that their services were not fully delivered, and I believe I could potentially win a refund through legal action.

Unfortunately, the company is essentially untraceable legally, making it challenging and costly to file a lawsuit against them. As a result, I decided not to pursue any further action.

To summarize, I strongly recommend avoiding this company. Your plans could change, and if they do, you might find yourself with no recourse for a refund.

My wife and I applied for the digital nomad visa in Spain with totamtotut, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. The team walked us through every single step clearly.
Timeline-wise: about 2-3 weeks to prepare the documents with their help, then around 1 month for the official translations. After submitting, we got our approval within a month.
Definitely recommend these guys. They also referred us to a company for finding an apartment — we're still in that process, but so far they seem equally professional.
So thanks a lot for all totamtotut team!

My experience with this company was extremely traumatic. I didn't receive my visa, totamtotut owners offered to pay back my money. We've signed an agreement for a refund.

The first three payments were made — always late and only after I followed up — and then they disappeared entirely. All payment deadlines (both those specified in the contract and those the company owner Daniil Eskin confirmed in writing) have passed, and they have not responded to any messages for over a week.

The company replaced every single employee I had originally dealt with, right before my eyes. The tone of communication also shifted — from friendly to toxic. In conversations, they swung between excuses ("business is going badly, so we can't say when we'll pay") and threats to sue me for defamation if I posted a negative review of their work.

The feeling was that I was dealing with children who, out of helplessness, oscillated between aggression and self-pity. I've been in contact with them for a year now, and I'm disgusted by the entire experience. I feel robbed of my time and money. The majority of the refund has not been paid, with no explanation whatsoever.

A huge thank you! Throughout the residence permit process, I always felt supported — every question I had was answered quickly, clearly, and in the right tone.
Secondly, the community they are building among those who have relocated is a real bonus. We met up, went to concerts, football games, and all sorts of events. I was lucky to already have friends here, but for those moving alone, this is an enormous advantage.

It’s more than just “getting a visa” — it’s about support and the people around you.

Highly recommend! Guys did an amazing job helping me to get my startup visa. Communication was good, always super supportive and ready to answer any questions any time. I will definitely go to them for other services if I need :) thank you so much! ❤️

Collaborating with guys was pleasant and productive. They not only provided valuable assistance with my startup visa application but also demonstrated professionalism, promptness, and attentive consideration of my needs. The results exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend Totamtotut to anyone seeking a reliable partner for visa assistance and beyond.

With real estate agent Olga from this service we recently found a very nice comfortable flat for a long term rent in Valencia, Spain.
Olga is a unique person, who took into account all our requirements, has been in contact with us every day, made a great research and gave us moral support throughout the entire process. Finally with her help we found several variants, that matched all our needs. After signing rental contract, Olga also stayed in contact and answered all our numerous questions not only related with flat, but also about starting living in Spain.
We are very grateful and pleased with the experience of working with Olga, who is so highly professional and very nice person!
