I contacted Total Moving Solutions to help me get some stuff moved from storage to my new home, at quite short notice and without being present at the storage location. Jason and his team were so helpful and accommodating. Their prices were a pleasant surprise too.

It really helped to have a named moving manager, although everyone I spoke to was keen to ensure any enquiries I had were resolved.

I wouldn't hesitate to use TMS again, and I am recommending them to friends and family.

UK staff were helpful, friendly, patient and flexible. European agents provided excellent and efficient service, despite a number of complications - not least finding a parking place adjacent to my apartment in central Genova and a last-minute need to adjust UK delivery. Good communication all the way through.

Everybody was very helpful and although it was a complicated move, everything went ok.

Impeccable and friendly service from Christian Woodall at TMS and their agents. We made life difficult for them by changing the delivery address to another country after we'd signed, and they didn't bat an eyelid! Constant flow of information on pick-up and delivery, both of which were handled with consummate professionalism and efficiency. Cannot recommend them strongly enough - if only everything in life worked as well as this well-oiled machine!

Superb service from first contact, through packing, shipping and delivery to the other side of the world . Scott from TMS was in constant contact despite the shipping delays (no fault of TMS!) and everything arrived undamaged. We HIGHLY recommend TMS for your move of whatever sort to wherever!

Recently arranged a move from England to Ireland. The whole process has been very straightforward. Christian is an excellent communicator and a pleasure to deal with. The Northern Irish sub-contractors were excellent going above and beyond what was needed, so friendly and helpful yet totally professional.

Do take some time to catalogue and calculate your shipping volume and determine your insurance requirements and whether you have existing cover as part of your home contents.

I opted to use TMS for the delivery of my mother's belongings to the U.S. after her death in November (she lived in England), having made inquiries to a number of different services. Christian was extremely prompt in his initial reply to my request for a quote, and was supportive as I was considering the various aspects of my needs. He was always very responsive sand timely in his replies, and the service from the staff who came to pack the belongings was top notch, too. I felt well taken care of, and would have no hesitation to refer TMS to others who need to move furniture and valuables across the ocean in a trouble- and worry-free manner. Thanks, TMS!

We are delighted with the service provided by Christian. He was helpful throughout and communication was clear. The delivery men were also very friendly and professional. The delivery was so quick too. Our items got collected on Thursday from Dublin then transported to Scotland the Monday. Overall our experience with TMS Removals was very positive and great value for money. Will definitly use their service again in future.

Disastrous Experience. Beware!

Moving is already a stressful endeavor, but when a supposedly professional removal company adds to that stress, it becomes an absolute nightmare. Sadly, this was my experience with TMS.

Initially, I was optimistic about their services. They provided a quote which seemed reasonable, answered emails and overall proactive, but on the moving day, they shockingly increased the sum they wanted to charge, citing vague reasons and blaming us for misunderstanding. This sudden change left me feeling deceived and financially burdened before the move even began.

To make matters worse, they changed the rules midway through the move, causing confusion and chaos. Items were mishandled, leading to significant damage to many of my belongings.

Adding insult to injury, they attempted to haggle over the insurance coverage, showing a complete lack of professionalism and integrity. It was clear that their priority was not customer satisfaction or rectifying their mistakes but rather squeezing every last penny out of their clients.

As if the above wasn't enough, several items never made it to their destination, leaving me scrambling to replace essential belongings and facing additional expenses and inconvenience.

In conclusion, my experience with TMS was nothing short of a disaster. Their unprofessionalism, dishonesty, and disregard for customer satisfaction are utterly appalling. I strongly advise anyone considering their services to look elsewhere. Save yourself the headache and avoid at all costs.

Scott has been so very helpful and has answered multiple questions from our side along with having to deal with us postponing due to our visa process taking a whole lot longer than expected. He has been flexible and gracious throughout and we fully appreciate it!
