We’ve had a seamless and very positive experience with TMS. Christian was super helpful (and patient!) and helped us navigate our move abroad to Europe with ease and confidence. The shipment arrived incredible fast with nothing damaged or missing. What could have been a stressful move turned out to be the easiest move we’ve ever done! I cannot recommend TMS highly enough and can't believe how lucky I was to find them! Christian's prompt responses, attention to detail, flexibility and continual support made the whole process of moving our daughter's furniture up to Scotland, so easy. Christian and his team provided an exemplary service from collection to delivery. My daughter called after delivery to say how amazing and kind the team were. I used Total Moving Solutions to move from Copenhagen to London and recommend them whole-heartedly. Scott and team were professional and efficient always answering promptly and giving good advice. What meant the most to me is that they were really kind and flexible - moving countries is stressful and they made it easier. Both in Copenhagen and in London, the guys worked so hard. Everything was carefully documented on the inventory and every single item arrived in good condition.

Fast replies to any issues. Good pricing. Professional movers who boxed everything up. I had a partial shipment so the time from shipment to arrival was three plus months (Sept 27 to January 7th). Luckily I did not need the items so was flexible in the timing.

Total moved the contents of a 125 square foot storage unit from London to Ireland for me.

TMS and Christian are amazing to work with! We moved from the UK to Italy with TMS, and Christian was there for us every step of the way. He found the answers we needed, made sure our paperwork was done correctly, checked in on us regularly, and especially on moving day. When there was an issue with the truck, and things looked difficult for a moment, Christian found us a replacement which took over seamlessly within the hour. The delivery crew was excellent as well, all our stuff was delivered in great condition. We will definitively work with TMS again, if ever needed.

Mike made the experience of moving from Ireland to England with very short notice as stress free as possible and at a very affordable price. The local partners who did the packing and moving were careful and through. An overall smooth, excellent moving experience.

Review Total Moving Solutions (TMS)

Through a search on the internet I got in contact with Total Moving Solutions (TMS).
I was going to move from the UK To Germany.
They were the only company, who asked me to choose a total volume of my household, and that appealed to me, as I had measured everything, and it was different to how other companies did it.
Unfortunately TMS used a Dutch company, Schmidt Global Relocations (SGR), to actually perform the move - pick-up - storage (19 days) - delivery.
On delivery several items were missing. One of the Polish removers persuaded me to sign for the delivery, as he claimed I had eight weeks to complain. This was not true, as the time to complain later turned out to be only seven days.
Out of the 120 items, six were missing and three items totally ruined. How can so many items disappear, or is there something organized behind?
It was obvious that the removers’ handling of the goods was rather heavy-handed. Furniture was scraped, dented, and chipped. Several handles broken off the furniture. Items inside boxes were squashed and broken.
TMS had expected me to sit outside my entrance and note what was delivered. This I obviously did not do, and was later blamed for this. As I had done all the packing myself, they also blamed me for this, as I did not wish to pay extra for packing service.
In all fairness I should mention I was compensated some, however no money will replace special items of sentimental value.
Not a company I would recommend and especially not SGR.

Excellent and clear communication, expert packaging, super quick transfer (from door to door 5 weeks!), all arrived in one piece, nice people, would recommend 10/10
