There was an issue with my order…
There was an issue with my order initially, I contacted support and it was resolved, however my $5 credit was 'eaten' on the first order that didn't go through, so I effectively lost $5.
Otherwise, I really like the company and their products, just wish the online experience was a little better.

overall the product i got is good but I would have to say the flavor is lacking as well as the vape giving a lot of liquid popping (currently not sure if its my fault of doing something wrong or what yet) but i am satisfied thusfar

Great customer service!
Great customer service. FedEx left package on front door. Got home but package missing. Call Totally Wicked & they sent a replacement order while they investigated. FedEx delivered to wrong address. I have been ordering from TW for years now. I can't think of any orders I have placed that weren't stellar in product and speed of delivery. That's why I keep ordering from them and no one else.

I ordered on cyber Monday for the deals. I live in the same exact town as the shop I ordered from it only takes two days tops to get it in the mail well by Thursday still no product so I get an email saying it will be there Friday...meaning next day. No it took till Saturday to get here. There explanation was it’s cyber Monday you ordered the mail is crazy. Wrong answer because I received something from Illinois I ordered on Monday (cyber) got it on Thursday. So there’s a small market that’s really close to me that basically sells the same product. They just got me, you just lost me! Lookup my history of money I’ve spent with you. No more!
