I was having a real struggle with EDF Energy and happened to be put in touch with Cameron. Since our first conversation Cameron has been outstanding. Communication was excellent and his relentless determination to 'get things sorted' was so helpful. He managed to get me on a MUCH better tariff and sorted out the billing issues. He answered emails and texts very promptly. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Rachel has been a great help in organising our utilities. Always patient and comes back to you as soon as you need.

Worst company ever!!!! Was paying £900 per month for gas and electricity, Billy got me a new deal and I’m now paying almost £9000 with demands of payments daily, I’ve also got a review on here for five stars that I never wrote!!! It’s a total mess he has left us in and anything you ask now is above his pay grade! This isn’t being posted in anger but a stark warning to anyone even thinking to use this company especially Billy ! It’s so bad we might have to close the door !!Do not touch this company

This company are totally unprofessional after being set up with a 3 year contract after telling them numerous times I only wanted a 12 month contract I was NEVER told by the agent he was a broker I also only saw this person once .I have rung the company to discuss how unhappy I am a woman was sent to see me in my peek time of working so I was unable to discuss at length .I was totally mis sold this product but it all seems to have been swept under the carpet which I’m sure the ombudsman will be interested to learn .Extremely unhappy

We have been in contact with Kevin Croucher who has been so helpful. He has sorted my business gas and electric and made sure he got us the best deal and especially at a time like now that’s very hard. He has gone above and beyond to give me advice and support when dealing with BES and which has resulted in me getting a refund from them for my gas. He continues to keep in contact regularly to make sure we are ok and if we need anymore help. I have spoken to Kevin on many occasions and he also comes into the cafe to see what else he can do for us as well as keeping track of our meter readings. I would recommend Kevin to others to use him as we have had good results and he is very helpful.

Billy popped into my business to offer a new electricity and water contract. I’m so glad he did. He immediately pointed out that I have been paying VAT on my water which I am now having refunded. Thanks Billy😊. We’re not quite out of contract but he will be the first person I call when it’s time.
