I ordered the Highland Cow Whisky decanter, WHAT I GOT WAS A Highland Calf in no gold no embossing nothing but a nasty cheap piece of shit, presented in a cheap foam cardboard box.........

Only leaving one star as you can’t leave zero. Ordered 3D glass and what arrived was a cheap glass with an even cheaper sticker. They refused refund and blocked our email. SCAM

I ordered drinking glasses with 3D animals (an octopus and a turtle) on them. It took weeks to arrive and when I opened them, they were crap glasses with 2D stickers on them. The cost was $79 Australian but the shit they sent would be worth $5 max. They've offered me $10 compensation. Don't buy from them.

Ordered one product and arrived ok, much smaller than advertised. The second item advertised as "Lighted Burlap Pumpkin Wreath". Item took over a month to arrive compared to first item that came in two weeks

Was cardboard, about 12" in diameter max., broken, lights are cheap little string of led tie lights that don't work and have to be strung by customer.

Made numerous attempts to contact company have been never answered even when inquiring about order status since no updates were ever provided. Will just dispute charge for over $40.

I purchased a highland cow decanter , which was nothing like the one advertised. It was half the size and had a cork top which didnt even fit. There was no tracking information and when it arrived it came in a brown cardboard box. I have tried to contact them but it is hopeless, this is a complete con , DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I can say goodbye to my £37 spent on a piece of rubbish.

This is a fraudulent company. They don't provide information about deliveries or updates. emails get kiccked back.

AFTER THAT UP TILL YESTERDAY AUGUST 5TH NO OTHER SHIPPING UPDATE INFORMATION WAS PROVIDED TO ME. I EMAILED THEM ABOUT THIS, THEY STILL DIDN'T PROVIDE ME ANY OTHER SHIPPING UPDATE. "THEIR EXCUSE WAS" , "OH SORRY", BECAUSE OF "THE RECENT HOLIDAYS", "WE WERE BACKED UP PROCESSING ORDERS PLACED". I EMAILED THEM BACK AGAIN AND ASKED. WHAT HOLIDAYS ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT ? THE ONLY HOLIDAY WAS 4TH OF JULY. I PLACED MY ORDER WITH YOU GUYS ON JULY 10TH! LET EVERYONE YOU KNOW "EVERYWAY YOU CAN". DO NOT DO "ANY BUSINESS WHATSOEVER" WITH THESE RIPOFF SCAM ARTIST "TORZLY"!

Bought 3 highland cows and they weren't as shown or advertised. Cheap. Bought the toucan bell, again way smaller than advertised and really cheap. Get no response back from them. Huge scam.

Received the highland cow bottle should have been 200x100 actual size in 150x 80
Should be in a presentation box with tartan,looks nothing like the video it was in a plain cardboard box absolutely nothing like what was on facebook this company is a total scam. Please learn from my experience cost me €40 and don't touch this company

He esperado con ilusión la muñequita "Cozy Tea Society",la caja es impresentable sin fotografía en la tapa, dentro estaba todo desorganizado, las telas no corresponden a la fotografía debido a que no es tela japonesa sino telas de algodón de bajo gramaje, no vienen con botones como corresponde a la foto ni tela de fieltro que sirve para el cabello, todo muy mal presentado, me siento desilusionada, estafada y engañada habiendo perdido 29.90€ con envío incluido y no voy nunca jamás volver a comprar a Torzly, no es una empresa fiable para mí.
