i have never registered to this fraudulent website myself, i always check reviews first. However, they have found another way to continue deceiving people. That is by hiding behind a fake facebook competition they have recently created showing well respected brand names only and offering all supposedly "winners" the fake prize at just €2 as shown at the competition picture. As soon as they get the credit card details (skipped the safety code stage), email and postal address for the fake prize they create an account for you and start charging for "membership" and other costs. They are based in Europe-Cyprus (Limassol) and the phone number on their website starts with a UK code.

I ordered Christmas decorations for the outside. Took my money and no merchandise!!!!!! Would like to have my merchandise or money back!!!!

I was scammed110£ by a link, my brother clicked a link and it ended to that website then they asked for his account details he entered them and he got scammed

If there was a zero they would get it! Total scam took my money never delivered products claimed they were delivered! I was home entire day then they say their lost in mail and will refund and never did! TOTAL SCAM

IN DEC OF 2022 I ordered a 18 foot blow up Santa with the fan in the bottom,it is now March of 2023 and I still have not received it and the company will not respond to my emails.This company is a rip off beware.

I too ordered Outdoor Christmas decorations in December and received a beanie and some other useless rubbish on the 22nd Feb after numerous emails following up on my package. It took a month to send from China (maybe this is the issue and scam) DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS BUSINESS!!!. Shame on you Facebook for allowing scum like this on your page. Lucky they got a star, but there was no other option.

Order outdoor Christmas ornaments in November 2022 it's now February 2023 and two weeks ago I received ear muffs. Had no idea where and when I ordered ear muffs.... but after reading there's review, now I know .... shame on facebook to allowing these sites to advertise, and take people's money.

I ordered mid November, and still waiting for my items. I’ve emailed numerous times and sometimes I do get a respond but not the respond I wanted.
They send me a feather pen instead of my £50 of Xmas items and they wanted me to pay delivery for the pen to be sent back and I told them I want my refund 1st, they never got back to my last email.

When it does come back on Facebook, I will be leaving a bad review. I should have read the Trustpilot review 1st before placing an order.

Order Christmas things in November after a number of emails and still nothing I was told it would be sent again and once again nothing now the website and order can't be assessed so angry lost a Lot of money Due to these low life's taking peoples money which is faurd I hope they catch you !!! Do Not order anything from Top Tv…..it’s a scam! I knew it was too good to be true! I ordered $47 worth of Christmas decorations & they were to be delivered in 5 days…..on Dec 15th. I was so excited & got a tracking # but I could not track it. I also emailed their customer service about 5 times….with no answer at all! How dare them take someone’s money at Christmas time & deliver nothing!! I should have known better!! I got scammed bad!!

DO NOT BUY FROM TOPTV they are scammers, and no Christmas items were ever delivered. I will blast you on Facebook, if you advertise again. Nothing, but a bunch is scammers, and scumbags!! Karma will get you one day @$$holes!!!!

The biggest scam of my life,who ever rob me,bad karma will spread to their whole family to the 3rd degree.This is the very first time I ordered online and I got scam.The Christmas decorations I ordered never arrived.
