Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review.
I do apologise that no email was received regarding the delivery date of your firewood and that you had to call us to find this out.
That aside, we are pleased that once this was rectified that the delivery and firewood in itself was was to your expectations and thank you again for your order.

I’m so happy with the customer service I’ve experienced with Topstak. The order process online is great and the personal emails I received from the team to arrange delivery (within 3 days) was both helpful and reassuring. Will absolutely recommend.

Would recommend them and will use them again.
Had the product I needed at a good price. A bit of a hiccup with delivery (the courier was at fault not the company). Kindly refunded my shipping costs. Would recommend them and will use them again.
