They are a complete bunch of liars. They are supposed to be the experienced ones I purchased my truck with them in September 2022 I had money saved up I went back and forth to the dmv they didn’t sign the paperwork I needed also really didn’t want to give me a break after all the money they cost me
I didn’t get my license plate for my truck until late February of 2023 now as everyone knows you have to pay insurance before you can get a license plate so I was left paying 4,000 dollars a month with not being able to use the truck William Dunn was saying it’s my fault but they are the ones who is supposed to know the paperwork that is needed since they are the ones that’s been in business giving loans for trucks in different states so they repo the truck and couldn’t give me any breaks they caused me to go bankrupt really try to get your credit up and choose a better company go capital and top mark funding is one in the same and FYI go capital has closed on a chapter 7 some years back very shady and another FYI the truck cost 29000 the loan with interest came to be 64000 I have receipts on this if anyone wants to know here is my phone number 6315785097. Instead of providing transparent and fair assistance, Topmark appeared to take advantage of my lack of understanding to their advantage. I work for a very large dealership in Houston Texas and can always depend on Damian Norris with TopMark. Damian is extremely thorough and will exhaust every avenue to get my customer base financing that makes sense to them.

So glad to have linked with Brian St. Louis. He has a great relationship with many dealers and he works fast. Very quick to respond. I just submitted requested documents and he took care of the rest. 9 business days and I was done and had the keys. Definitely a go to place and highly recommend asking for Brian. No worries were left on the table.

This place financed our truck. That part went well. But 30 days later we can’t get a base plate, because they will not send a certified copy of the title. Now being a truck driver my truck is sitting it’s illegal to run without a base plate. We have tried on numerous occasions as well as TAZ Trucking to get this matter resolved. Truck payment coming up, but I haven’t been able to work because Top Mark are dragging their feet. Next recourse will be BBB and the Attorney General

If you are a startup and don’t have enough saving in your bank account to pay your insurance, truck payment, groceries or any bills, DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY PLEASE!!!!
The agent Benjamin was really great but their stupid policy about titling. Now I have to worry about paying rent and buying my little kid’s diapers and formula

Geoff was great… he secured two trucks for my trucking company with ease. I would definitely recommend him and also go through him again to purchase equipment.

I was looking to purchase a commercial vehicle and tried TopMark to do the funding. After several attempts to get me financed.

TopMark Funding could not meet the timeline I needed to finalize the purchase of the Semi I was in the process of purchasing.

After finding another source of funding I found that TopMark Funding had charged my credit card twice once for $2500.00 which was for a deposit according to the doc and another charge of $11096.91 for 3 advance monthly payments for the lender that I never used.

After reaching out to Steven Amirault at TopMark I was told that use those funds for another purchase in the future.
This company is dealing in bad faith. DO NOT USE
I can understand losing the $2500.00 for the deposit but the $11069.91 that clearly states was funding for advance monthly payments to the lender that I never received. Don't get scammed by TopMark funding. This company deals in bad faith and will Take your money. READ YOUR DOCS. Ive included the Secretary of State complaint link to help stop these predatory lending tactics.
