Ordered a silver belcher and came early in the morning the following day after being processed, attention to detail is great also and it’s definitely well worth what I paid definitely recommend and will be ordering again.

Very fast service, called on a Saturday 7th December for a rope bracelet which he confirmed was out of stock but told me he had an alternative size as I wanted it on the day not delivered , told the chap Niro I would be arriving in a few minutes and as soon as I arrived within a minute was packed paid for and given my receipt and was out the door and most importantly was happy with my purchase.

Both my wife and I were very pleased with the bracelet that was for her birthday.
It was a pity that I had to contact the company twice to get the item delivered. Also, a good touch would have been to secure the bracelet via the bands in the presentation box, rather than leaving it loose.
