A mistake in pricing , when reported ,corrected very quickly.

Love the the fact I was always updated through every step of the delivery... And when I had questions, I got response almost immediately.... Love it!!

I haven't been able to smooth out my hair as show in the ads. The steam is coming out and I am pushing the large oval button in the middle, but I am not seeing results. Am I doing something wrong?

I use PayPal a lot for secure payments & I don’t have to give out credit card number or any other information. It’s so quick & easy & I can pay it as soon as I get the notification on the amount of my monthly bill & then forget about it until next month👍

Company did great job of keeping me informed. Delivered a product that met the description of what I ordered.

It has been over a month since I placed an order for a water hose nozzle so I reached out and they told me to contact the post office in which I did but they do not have a record of it with the tracking number given. I even bought the insurance that would cover a lost item and they are telling me it has been delivered. TERRIBLE COMPANY to do business with if they cannot own up to a lost package, especially using USPS which is the worst carrier by far. Run from doing business with these guys.

There was clear communication about my order throughout the process. I didn't realize it was coming from Spain, so it took a little longer than domestic shipping. The updates each step of the way were appreciated. The brush works as advertised and I'm very happy with it!

I like the brightness of them but I had to stand directly in front of each one of them to turn off which meant getting back in the pool because it would not work for some reason holding it over the top rail

The product looks OK, but it arrived with an old fashioned cigar lighter plug, and like most newer cars mine only has USB. I've contacted the supplier to ask for a suitable USB cable, or to authorise a return, but so far no answer.

The chair isn't like it appears on the Web site. The chair isn't easy to assemble and the chair isn't rock like the little video on the Web site.
When assembled, the chair look solid.

Shipping from Europe took a long time. The unit is no faster to charge than any other current charger, but the quick change ends are nice.

The speed of the delivery was awesome. Im a bit embarrassed to say I emailed the company before really looking in detail what was in the box. I was under the impression the unit had to ne hard wired but in fact it was just the charger..
I will install today and update if necessary.
The unit is definitely better constructed fron other dash cams I've used. Ca t wait to use.
