Please stay away from this company. I hired them to create a website and handle SEO, and I paid them monthly for 9 months. During the first two months, communication was very easy. But after the website was completed, it became difficult to reach them. They stopped answering phone calls, and emails often took almost a week before I received a reply. I asked them for monthly SEO reports to show what work had been done each month, since I was paying them continuously. During the entire 9 months, I never received any of these reports. In reality, any professional SEO company should provide monthly reports to their clients. I followed up with them more than four times, but still received nothing. I eventually decided to stop making payments. Surprisingly, on the very same day I stopped paying, they immediately contacted me and tried to sell me a new package. Of course, I refused because I no longer had any trust in them. Their behavior was highly unprofessional.
They disabled my business website but did not deactivate the domain, which meant that customers who searched for my business still found the website—but it was no longer working. This caused a lot of confusion for my customers. In my opinion, this action was extremely unprofessional and unethical. I strongly advise everyone to be cautious and avoid doing business with this company. I am sharing my experience so others can be aware.
