Easy to follow web site and simple request for quote.
Not overburdened with requests for everything from number of upper teeth to inside leg measurement.

Whilst booking my holiday insurance on…

Whilst booking my holiday insurance on line was straightforward i was very disappointed that i could not get speaking to an agent. I rang on several occasions and was put on hold continuosly with mo mention of how long i would be waiting. I gave up and just booked it on line. In light of the current situation re COVID19 i would have liked to have been able to speak to someone to make sure the insurance i was taking would cover us.

I purchased a family annual holiday…

I purchased a family annual holiday insurance policy recently over the telephone. I have used TopDog before and because I found the service good returned to them. All questions asked were explained and if you changed your mind during the process there was no problem altering previous decisions. The operate was polite and helpful.

Errol made the process simple and friendly. He was efficient and effective. The process is, as always, long winded and frustrating but Errol was chatty and helpful.
When it is a renewal “no change to last year’s information should suffice!!! It does with other companies. It is virtually automatic. Also, 3 items of identification!! “Your full address” is better than first line and postcode (4 items)!!

Competitively priced

Competitively priced, an easy website to get instant quotations, they seem to be a very professional insurance company. this is our second travel insurance that we have use Top Dog.

Sorry did not really understand how to proceed when stars appeared had i understood their relevance i would have scored accordongly.

Spoke to someone whose name I do not have and found them to be informative and knowledgeble.
