Honestly, a WORLD CLASS STANDARD of quality! I first encountered tootsboots from professional footballers and they looked like an established boot customization company. I had ordered a DIY blackout kit before for my Hypervenoms and it came well within the time frame.

I had ordered another blackout service and I have just received my boots today and the results are exactly as I expected. The whole boot was blacked out and finished with quality as well as the upper sock layer I've got, honestly, it looks like I just bought them fresh from Nike themselves!

As I sent the boots I read the reviews on here and I feared the worst, in terms of waiting times and lack of communication, but honestly most customers won't understand that this is a business of customization and these things take time on top of the many boots that they receive each day so it is really easy for heavy backlog so I would recommend for customers to give them around 30-40 working days starting from when they RECEIVE your boots, NOT when you SEND them!

Personally, I didn't have issues with communication, they emailed me their intention of shipment which basically means that they're nearly finished with your order and when I sent a check-up email, they responded the next day.

I think reviewers are a little too harsh on the company and it doesn't truly reflect the company and their quality of service.

Would highly recommend only if you're not in a rush!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS IF YOU NEED THEM ANYTIME SOON!!! Can't even tell you if their product is any good as haven't received the boots yet. Ordered them nearly 6 weeks ago as I have a football tournament this weekend, the website stipulates delivery between 2-4 weeks which changed last week to 3-5 weeks but even with that I am still overdue delivery! I will have to run out and buy boots elsewhere now. I've asked several times through email and instagram to cancel the order and refund me as the boots are no longer needed but I have not heard anything back from them. STOP TAKING ORDERS YOU CAN'T FULFIL!!

Paid nearly £200 for something that hasn’t even came after 2 months 😡

Can't complain about the product but the service has been terrible. It took longer than the wait period advertised on the website for the product to arrive and I had to email to find out when it was going to be sent then when the product was received it was wrong at which point I was told to send it back and I would be reimbursed for the postage cost and the product would be sorted and sent back out straight away. I had to email again asking if it had been sent after a week at which point I was told it was getting sent the next day and I also asked about the postage reimbursement which was ignored. Finally received the product and have followed up with 3 emails requesting to be reimbursed for the postage cost as it was their mistake and I have received no reply from them. I think in total I have sent about 8 emails to this company chasing up where my order was and the reimbursement all for the order of a pair of football boots.product is good but not worth the hassle.

Edit - I finally received a refund of the postage cost on 30th October. There was no communication that it was going to happen or that it had happened,just noticed it in my account.

Love the final result but order time was slightly misleading, 2-4 weeks on the website when actually took nearly 7 weeks, Communication could be improved as it took me to chase for updates

Good what I ordered, took a while longer than the top of the page banner said when ordering. Once dispatched very fast delivery. Posted Friday arrived Sunday afternoon so over all a good job and I'm happy enough in the end.

I ordered 8 weeks ago, have reached out through email 5 times (2 different email address listed on your website) and through Twitter once with no response. I still do not know when or if I will receive the boots ordered. I have heard nothing back from any communication I have provided. I can't even get a refund as I can't find a way to contact you.

Love their D.I.Y blackout kit, instructions are simple to follow and work flawlessly. Service impeccable as always. Highly recommend.

Product is very good, boots as asked for and look great. Unfortunately I was told they’d take up to four weeks, I ordered 6 weeks before my sons birthday and they came nearly 9 weeks later. Any emails took up to four days to be replied to. Not doubting the product and workmanship but clearer communication and sharper lead times needed when paying a premium for items.
Would be hesitant to use again or recommend to others I afraid unless these issues were addressed.

Absolutely shocking customer service and communication. Ordered boots at start of August with waiting times of 2 weeks. It's nearly October now and still not received them.
Got told they had been despatched 2 weeks ago (24) tracked delivery, royal mail haven't even received them.
Trying to get refund but no reply as yet.
Really really poor

I waited over 6 weeks for delivery and only received after I sent several chasing emails and then an email demanding a refund.

I understand there is a turn around window that varies depending on ow busy but this changed from when order placed and there was no communication from the company. Only started to reply after the third message/email and it continued like this.

Product is perfect but the whole experience has left me in no doubt I will not use this company again

Could have had better communication when my boots would arrive. Was given several incorrect arrival dates.

Boots were said to be dispatched between 2-3 weeks after placing the order. It’s now been over 6 weeks and they are yet to be dispatched.
