So yesterday I've attended pb London i was planning to whiten my teeth with a real dentist but after I've walk around and decided to go for it as it was 50f... better save this 50f...
So they were all nice and smiling up to the point when I've paid no questions no explanation I was just showed where to sit the lady removed the form add solutions asked to keep it in my mouth that was it... 15min later after 1sesion I was left alone the lady who served me dissappear another came to me but she didn't knew anything at all so me from watching the guy next to me I've applied solutions put in my mouth and they turn on the lights again... after 2nd session they were not even slightly whiter than before the procedure so they give me another 15min... guess what after 3rd sessions no visible result so I asked black hair lady what now because I'm not happy with result.. she didn't know so send me to owner.. I wait and wait and wait as she was with 2ladies.. but after couple of min she noticed and asked what I wait for when I breathe her in she continue to serve those 2 ladies[which is fine as there were in middle when I join que] than the boss lady she moved on to 2 ladies behind me which was funny..not funny.. as she just blew off those she was serving and moved on to next without completing with them and me too.. I was shocked... anyway was my turn after 30min of waiting... boss lady asked what I'm not happy with i tried TRIED TO EXPLAIN but she was coming in the sentence that she has more than 25y experience and stuff like the pores in my teeth are now open and tomorrow I will get result which I never heard of... she was rude, comes with attitude, raising her voice at me ... I said so why I wasn't informed before I hit magic pay? Cos they had a customer... and I'm what?.. I was considering to add gem to my freshly whiten teeth but once she give me some bulshit talk that basically there is nothing and she just walk away leaving me without any result and not even trying to resolve the issue!!! What a horrible customer service maybe mention in our advert the you don't give a s.. about anything else behind the point pay when it's completed that's when customer are nothing... to you... don't waist you money seriously no change I've asked my daughter last night if she sees any difference and she laughs....
