First of all you do not offer free standard delivery after a minimum amount spend like most other sites do.
Second, you take ages to despach the items and the worst one is your marketing scam of a tactics, in which everything is on sale, yet the "on sale" price is the usual price everyone else is selling the item at.
Absolute joke of a site...

Small problem with the item I bought, a Drapers Ltd. tyre gauge, the first time I used it. It was obviously a manufacturing fault. On contacting Toolstore Direct and explaining the fault, they immediately responded by contacting Draper and securing a replacement item to be sent directly to me.
I am glad to say this was received in quick time.
This shows excellent customer service on behalf of TSD and Draper and I very much appreciate having the problem resolved swiftly and pleasantly.

Price was good for original high quality replacement parts !! Only issue as usual is the delivery is always later than promised delivery company gets it within 30-40 miles away then it doesn't move for 3 days !!

ordered Stanley bike ramp, good price , easy to order emails came immediately. I know it was over the Christmas period but was promised a two day window that did not materialise . Second representative I talked to was more efficient and gave a new day that turned up. Driver very good at unloading. Need a tracking system for pallet truck deliveries.

I purchased a motorcycle hydraulic lift from Toolstoredirect. I was most impressed with the price (almost too good to be true?) as there was a special offer on at the time. I had considered buying secondhand but the deal they offered was not much more for a 365 kg lift - plenty big enough for my small bike. It was delivered very quickly and is now in use with motorcycle on it and partly dismantled. I wish I’d bought a lift years ago!
