You could send me an 11mm socket for the kit , as the one in mine is wrong , that would make my kit 100 per cent

Placed an order on eBay and received confirmation and delivery date. Subsequently (and without any contact from the seller) received an order cancellation:

Rubbish! I have been buying on eBay using Paypal for over 10 years.

Absolutely zero stars for customer service.

Fast efficient service

Very poor service and communication. I ordered over £300's worth of Kreg tools which was saying in stock, a week later I was still waiting for the courier to make contact. After several attempts calling both the landlines and mobile number a lady answered my call and said I'd been sent an email because they don't use Evri for multiply items. I never received any email from them. The lady said DPD would deliver the items instead, this was on Friday, Tuesday came and went still with nothing from DPD. I tried to contact Toolhouse again which they didn't answer the phone. I emailed them regarding taking them to the small claims court and Alberto responded and immediately had notification from DPD about the delivery date. When the items did arrive there was one missing. I went back to Alberto who ignored my email. Two day's later I received an email just confirming a refund for the one item.
I really wouldn't trust this shop again.

Ordered Makita radio, in stock and was available for 48hr delivery. Week later no sign of radio don’t answer phone or emails, finally I got to cancel order then took them days to refund money. Very poor customer service.

Time from order to delivery excellent, and to make things even better nothing damaged

Website promised delivery in 3-5 days. Not delivered by 5th day, not answering phone and no meaningful response from email. Credit card was charged on day of ordering. Seems fair to say “zero customer service”

Good price, quick delivery.

Originally, I ordered two rat blockers but only one arrived. I contacted Toolshouse and they immediately sent the second one. Good customer service.

I ordered a set of pry bars and they were delivered in good condition and were slightly cheaper than other retailers I had seen.

Excellent product and fast tracked delivery.

Impossible to contact. Emailed to request a confirmation on their delivery date and was asked if I wanted to pay £9 for next day delivery. I replied 3 hours later, still during working hours, that I would like the next day delivery option and to send me instructions for payment.

No reply.

Followed up with more emails over the next 3 days, and still no reply. Waited till the holidays are over and called the numbers listed on the website, no answer.

Believe the 1* reviews. This company is impossible to get a hold of and now I doubt they will actually send the item knowing that I will be moving by the month's end.

Edit 1: Finally got an email reply that their warehouse is closed till 3rd January 2025. Offered to refund my order. Will update with new ratings if refund is processed successfully.

Communication just took a little longer than expected for the delivery. But would buy from them again.

Spoke to the business owner on a Sunday lunchtime. He wasn't open but said he'd open up for me. He SMSd me directions and was there a few minutes after I arrived.

Product was in stock as advertised and I was able to complete my work that day.
