Great products,revived well and quick at a great price.

I bought the 100 mm mitre drop saw to cut through new railway sleepers and I also use it to o composite decking, it is a great bit of kit for both jobs 👌

Had a couple of tools now the double bevel mitre saw and a lathe both are well worth the money

Purchased from Toolsave/Lumberjack tools before and decided to purchase a BS254 bandsaw. Arrived very quickly after Christmas and was of excellent quality and very well packaged. However, decided to swap for the BS305 bandsaw. Toolsave/ Lumberjack were very helpful and allowed me to swap. Again arrived quickly and they also collected my return item.

I would highly recommed ToolsaveLumberjack tools, the quality is excellent and the customer service is first class

Since my review of 4th November I have tried to resolve this matter through RetailADR (to which Toolsave does not subscribe - I wonder why?) and have now referred the matter to the Trading Standards Department via Citizens Advice Consumer Service.
In the meantime I have been thinking. If this company ignores communications and treats customer complaints in this disinterested and ignorant manner when the customer is endeavouring to spend money with them, what chance would I have if I ever needed after sales support? From their reaction to my suggestion that the product could be split into two packages to solve the overweight problem that the product "comes in a box" (no mention of the fact that the legs etc. will not be connected in any event) it is clear that this company is not a proper tool company of the ilk of Axminster Tool etc. but merely a company that moves imported boxes which happen to contain tools!
On that basis I have concluded that it would be most unwise to risk purchasing any of these boxes and contents and I would strongly advise that if you are considering such a purchase - DON'T.

Great service, very prompt delivery, large and powerful machine for the money.
Only problem appeared with a lower guide bearing that jammed due to sawdust ingress into the bearing (I made plastic cover from a length of bathroom sealant cartridge to stop sawdust falling into bearing). Staff helpful, the replacement bearing was replaced without quibble, but due to postage problems took 3 weeks rather than 3 days. Despite this I am happy with a 5 star rating. I will look the them for the purchase of further tools

Have purchased a few Lumberjack Items, these are well built and work well.
I would say I was an intermediate user and have a woodcraft business.
Web site is easy to navigate and use. I had an opportunity to use their customer support (Jade Evans) and discovered they responded quickly and professionally overall my experience with the company has always been a positive one. Jade was a delight to converse with, as friendly as she was professional.

I was able to arrange delivery of my bandsaw at a convenient time. The staff I spoke with could not have been more helpful, and were able to give good advice.

I’ve had this belt sander for a while and it is a beast. It can remove a lot of material really quickly especially with a 60 grit belt on. The belts are easy to change, you just twist a little knob, start the belt on the roller and switch it on and it will changeover in no time. Literally about 30 seconds. You can also flip the sander upside down and use it as a bench sander. The unit stays really stable anyway but for extra stability just put a 3/4 inch or 18mm block under the handle side and it won’t rock at all even with lots of pressure. The bag doesn’t really do anything like with most tools but if you hook it up to a shop vac it captures most of the dust. Though I had to duct tape mine as my vac doesn’t fit. I’ve used this sander on soft and hardwoods (Iroko and Oak) and it has handled everything I’ve thrown at it. It’s comfortable to hold and not too heavy but it’s solid. I absolutely recommend this product.

Very short cable- that is annoying.
Powerful but not accurate.
Dust bag is useless, dust anyway going everywhere, except bag.

Easy purchase at reasonable price, quickly despatched ,free delivery.ok up to now as I have no after sale problems to date therefore cannot comment o their after sales service.Keith

Picked up the 8 inch single bevel cross cut Mitre and a 10 inch table saw. Prices are amazing and the kit excellent value for money, but that naturally depends on what you use it for.

Show room is well stocked and you can up close to most of the tools and see what's available.

Staff were outstanding and extremely friendly and helpful. Their prices were better on the internet but they made sure I was given the best price without any fuss or haggles :) - also threw in an additional blade for the table saw.

if you can get to the showroom I would recommend it as the tools available are all there for closer inspection and you can see the whole range up close.

Purchased two items, arrived next day and happy with the value for money items. Recommended

Having been sold a 12” lumberjack site saw, the product failed to work properly. After three days of trying to get the saw collected for a replacement product, I have been lied to on several occasions about the courier collection attempts and I have been promised by the same sales consultant twice that a new item would be delivered to me, both times I have been lied to which can be proven through the multiple emails back and forth. Trying to blame a courier company I was an odf driver for, for ten years, was easy to see I was being lied to.
Multiple times I have requested a full refund because of the faulty saw and deceitful staff, I am still yet to have my money returned or a replacement product.

Excellent product. Well made, easy to assemble and first class communication and delivery.

I baught this sander severel months ago and I absuloutly love it. It is solidly built and a great waight to it means not as much downward pressure needed whilst using. It's supper easy to chancpge the belts and adjust the tracking. The handle is really comftable in the hand and the front handle is adjustable and can be clamped into a vice and used as a table sander, (your welcome ;-) )

Not only is the Lumberjack SCMS254DB mitre saw a terrific tool for its price, when I asked customer support for a manual and replacement clamp (originals mislaid), the response was quick and helpful. Good company.
