I have ordered on toolbuy website 3-4 times but this time it was worst ,I ordered a number of items and after waiting for approximately 1 month I got the order delivered finally but I got only half of the products from my order and some of the items delivered from those were wrong and I asked for the refund of those wrongly delivered items but I never got the refund even after following up for 1 month again I gave them all of the picture evidences but still nothing so I will not recommend anyone to buy from this website it is total waste of time and money because they don't have anything in stock.

This is the first transaction with toolsbuy and I am disappointed buy thier delay in delivery. I ordered a sink faucet for which they were providing a very competitive price and promised to deliver within 10 days. Now it is 13th days and still there is no update about the delivery.

They are scam people, they take money from.

I ordered some tools. 10 days later and now they are finally shipping the item. no emails when i placed the order but i got one when they shipped. Unless you really get a good deal, its not worth it. I had to chat with someone on whatsapp for 3-4 days following up everyday because i needed the tools last week.

They dispatched my orders in multiple packages and I had to wait two weeks until I received all of them.
