This is the second bidet seat I have purchased. This latest one appears to be an improvement over the first one. It was extremely easy to install and the seat itself is well made and a quality item. Now that we have used the seat for some months we would be loathe not to have the facility indeed when away from home we do miss having a properly clean bum.

I recently encountered problems with the inwash toilet which I understand were caused by the refurbishment of my bathroom. Tooaleta we’re so helpful in directing me to the appropriate Roca department where I found a qualified engineer. My inwash toilet was repaired promptly. Very impressed with Tooaleta and Roca. I love the inwash toilet.

Finally received - after much chasing and pestering - on 27th June, exactly 7 weeks after placing the order.
Had to cancel and rearrange my bathroom fitter as a result.
I expected a better service when ordering a £1,500 item.
Also please take note - you will be charged 20% customs duty in addition as it comes from overseas.

The item itself was fine but if I'd been more aware of the duty payable I could have sourced the same item locally for the same (total) price I paid. Lesson learned. Will definitely not deal with this company again.

Good Price, great product. (NB import duty needs paying as it's from Europe - you will get text from courier to pay before delivery.) The loo is very high quality, easy to use, hygienic and simple to install. Very pleased with purchase, simple transaction.

I bought a Vovo tankless bidet toilet from Tooaleta about 6 months ago and could not be happier. Simple and straightforward to install and it functions perfectly. My wife thinks it’s the best household item we have ever purchased. The demand for customs charges etc. from the delivery company was somewhat belated but that was not Tooaleta’s fault. very positive experience.

I thought this was a Uk website - it’s not - extra taxes and import duties charged
It said the product was in stock - it wasn’t

By the time it came I was finally excited to get a delivery notice - however I was shocked to learn I had to pay Import taxes and VAT which I assumed were included - so the price was ridiculous

I chatted online with Tomas, who was very helpful. I then purchased the Coway BA13 as we discussed. It was on its way to us straight away. I was able to track and delay the parcel without any problems. We paid the tax on the internet, and despite storm Eunice it arrived on the Friday as arranged. We are really pleased,and brilliant service.

Waited 5 weeks for a replacement for my VOVO seat which was faulty, unfortunately the replacement was also faulty. I am now in week 9, they don't answer the phone, don't respond to chat and 3 weeks later still waiting for the 24 hr email response. Absolutely unacceptable customer service. Great website and product range but this is made irrelevant due to customer service

I bought a Maro electric toilet seat from Tooaleta in Oct 2020. In Sept 21 it started to malfunction - the lid would not stay up. I contacted Tooaleta via their web chat. I was asked to email a video of the fault, which I did. Despite repeated emails, I received no response. I went back on their web chat at the end of November. I was told that 'deliberate' misuse invalidated the warranty - how does opening a toilet constitute deliberate misuse? I was then asked why I'd taken so long to get in touch (I hadn't, they'd just ignored me) and essentially told that they were not going to do anything. I now have a bit of velcro holding my toilet seat up. Absolutely awful customer service - unresponsive, aggressive and determined not to help

We replaced our old washlet seat with the Maro D'Italia DI600 Aqualet and are very happy with it. The whole experience with the shipping, tax-paying and delivery was easy and trouble-free; great service altogether.

I ordered a toilet at the German HQ 18.8.21 and fully paid it including shipping cost to Ireland. Since payment for 2 weeks no replies anymore to my emails and chats regarding my order. Was very disappointing, as the webpage and techn chat reply was really good. Then excuse due to holiday, accepted. First shipment received then quickly. But missing parts took very long time. Finally I received them 29. October in good condition. Had to call and chat many times to get an update. As customer, I would expect to be updated about the status of delivery and any reasons for delay without request.

I had a Chinese made electric bidet seat that had packed up and I looked for what I hoped was a better made one. Initially I thought I would get a TOTO but appart from they are ££££, apparently they are also now made in China for the european market. I ended up choosing a Maro D'italia and after some quick and sensible help from Thomas on their chat placed an order. Because to the UK they sell ex VAT so you do need to put your delivery address in before trying to pay. I ordered on Monday 23rd and two days later I had a DHL notification of collection. Toilet was delivered today 30th so a week to bring from Slovenia. Toilet itself looks fine - only time will tell if it is relable though I did see spare parts available so hopefully if it goes wrong after the 2 year warranty it should be repairable. All in all a pretty good experience with Tooaleta. I'm sure the negative reviews were all genuine but that was not my experience which was 100%

Great price and service, the only downside is delivery which would take some time.

Easy to use and easy to install, ticks all the boxes and saves money on toilet paper.
