Tonal helps me commit to a program
Tonal provides the structure that I need to commit to an exercise program, so essential to a guy in his mid-70's. The huge choice of programs makes it possible to find some that work for me, such as the wonderful "Strength by Squats" to pick one example.
I want to thank you for providing a low-battery alert for accessories before the workout starts, making it possible to use both handles without interrupting the workout flow.

Tonal takes out the friction
Tonal removes so much of the friction to strength training that it helps me be more consistent than I've ever been. Going on two years and am stronger at 40 than I've ever been in my life. The workouts are well planned, move quickly, and coaches are informative and motivating. I always miss it when I'm traveling and using a traditional hotel gym. It's just not the same!

We purchased our Tonal during Covid
We purchased our Tonal during Covid. We use it for our strength training. My wife and I do “partner” workouts where it allows us to switch between us during the same workout program. It’s effective and efficient. Coupled with the Peloton and walking/hiking it provides what we need for workouts as we age. We like the variety of programs and the coaches.

I’ve tried every system and program. Nothing compares to Tonal. I haven’t been this consistent in 20+ years. I’m 45 and almost in the best shape of my life. The ability to wake up and press play and in 40 minutes be completely smoked is an all time game changer.

Tonal meets me where I am
Tonal meets me where I am and safely allows me to increase weight when I am ready. All I have to do is select a program and show up- Tonal tells me what exercises to do, adjusts my weight, and tracks everything. Tonal is the foundation of my workout routine.
I recently broke bones in my foot and had to have surgery. When I was ready, I created a custom upper-body workout that I was able to do while still non-weight bearing. Tonal has allowed me to continue a basic workout routine while I heal.
I highly recommend Tonal.
