Appalling Customer Service
Appalling Customer Service. This company might be American, but they have forgotten the values of customer service. I was sold the wrong aftershave and despite placing a formal complaint, i have not had any satisfaction. After 3 weeks, i called and was told they were busy but couldn't provide a time scale for a reply to my complaint. I then got an email, 5 weeks after my complaint, telling me to email a different department. At £170.00. per bottle, one would have thought customer service would be a little better. I wouldn't give my money to this company again as they obviously do not our custom. Time to find a new brand of aftershave from a company that cares.

Seriously couldn’t believe that Tom Ford payment via on line would not accept payment with my two credit cards and debit card!!! And after 5 attempts the only way I could pay was to logout and pay via PayPal as a guest. My bank said it’s because of their system and not a fault on my side. I then finally received my frames which were the identical ones that I purchased a year ago and have since broken, to discover they lenses won’t fit in them as they are slightly smaller frames. You really couldn’t write it!!! I’m still waiting on a copy of the invoice to be sent to me (7 days now) to claim via my private health. Watch this space!!! Grrrrrrr not what I expected from a high end designer company!!!!
Appalling customer service, waiting 2.5 months for a refund
Ordered a belt as a gift directly from the Tom Ford website, when it arrived the product sticker on the box was £100 cheaper then the price on the website that I paid, so they've marked it up by 20%!!
The belt was also much smaller than expected and didnt fit my husband, so I contacted customer service numerous times to instigate a refund, I finally received the instructions to process the refund. It has been 2.5 months since Tom Ford acknowledged receipt of the returned belt but I still have not received my money back! This is absolutely unacceptable, I have emailed and called the UK customer service number numerous times but no-one has been able to help or escalate this matter for me. Shocking customer service!

So disappointed that a high end retailer like Tom Ford would treat customers as they do. Like another reviewer mentioned, love their products but availability can be difficult so, I ordered my wife’s fragrance in November so I would have it by Christmas. Unfortunately I bought the wrong fragrance and called to exchange. I spoke with a representative who gave me a research number and told I would hear back in 24 hours. To no avail. When I called back I was told the number wasn’t their number and there was no record of my call, even though the message says it’s recorded. I was given a new number and told it would be 5 days while they considered whether or not they would exchange the new unopened product. Are you kidding me? This is the only premium retailer I’ve ever dealt with with such poor customer relationship. Save your money. There are many other luxury brands who value their customers. Tom Ford doesn’t deserve your business.

Really disappointing service online. I purchased some beard oil as a stocking filler and paid for the gift wrapping service.
Their gift wrap consists of two sheets of tissue paper in a crushed brown box. Its not really a gift wrap service. Product is excellent, service is .....
They have refunded the gift wrap charge, but it's misleading and a charge that shouldn't exist.
Best designer In the World!
I love everything Tom Ford if it's good enough for James Bond then it's good enough for me, I have clothes, shoes, fragrances the lot but I really do love the eyewear I have loads pairs of glasses and sunglasses only downside of is the cases the spring always breaks and doesn't stay shut making it easy for the glasses to fall out and damage it's obviouslly a manufacturing fault also the size of the case is far too big to carry around. Come on Tom give who ever makes the case a kick up the rear and tell them to get it sorted and maybe a smaller case.

I love the smells of all TF , I have 3 , Costa Azzurra , Metallique and Black orchid.But why is it you sample in store & the smell last all day yet my purchased parfume at home only last a couple of hours ,which is sad cause they are not cheap
black orchid is a let down for women
black orchid is a let down for women. unless you want to smell like a sex object and really dark intense and mysterious then don't buy this perfume. it's good for date nights and for seductive energy maybe but for day time its too dark and deep for a lady.

I love this product. it redefines my life and really makes a difference in my day to day life. i am now able to properly manage my time and get more done in the short amount of time i have each day because of this. Shipping was also really easy and convenient!
Rude Staff
Are all your staff rude or is it just the Asian lady at the John Lewis counter in Leeds?? I did ask her for her name and I can remember it started with the letter Z, and May have been Zakheer but not the precise name.
I asked to try one lipstick on and she was faffing around like it was a massive chore. I wanted to buy this lipstick too, but she put me off with her half hearted attitude.
I am a hugely loyal Tom Ford Customer - mainly shop at Harvey Nichols Leeds!
I then asked if I could try a perfume and she was unpleasant about this too…! For a customer who you can easily judge isn’t freeloading, surely you would be more respectful!? No in fact you should treat all your customers with dignity and respect!! Don’t be rude and make us feel like we are asking you for a favour to try your perfumes!! Be nice and offer samples..! Tom Ford is about building a loyal customer base, not putting customers off!

Four days ago I ordered this expensive scent direct from Tom Ford UK. Later that day I checked out the reviews on Trustpilot and was horrified to read about poor customer service, especially as I had had minimal confirmation of my order.
However the item arrived this morning [notwithstanding the weekend].
I would say prompt and excellent service.
Faulty decanter
Bought a large 250 ml bottle of discontinued fragrance from Harvey Nichols. The decanter top was faulty and smashed on opening. Tom ford uk were great as they sent me another bottle of my choice of the same value. However was sent incorrect product but in response they let me keep the incorrect product but also sent me the original product of choice.
Cool design only!!!
Bought shoes from them, looking cute but the shoes itself on my feet, its terrible. I've got blisters on the back of my feet. Will not buy again.
