Great VoIP alternative for Telephone Surveys
We worked with a couple of other VoIP alternatives during the pandemic, but Toky turned out to be the most reliable one, and even cheaper than some alternatives (since they don't charge unless someone picks up). Overall great. The API is a bit better that other as well, but the customer service chat is kind of hard to find some times.

We switched our conventional lines to Toky a month ago and the service is fantastic. The support of our agent is very attentive, they help you throughout the process, they give you support for anything you want to do and you can communicate in Spanish.
I think that any integration that TOKY has in the future will be good, and that the interactions they have now are fantastic. We are really very happy.
My overall experience is very satisfactory, to name a few! maybe the sound quality is sometimes a little lower. But I understand that it will depend on mobile coverage, so I don't blame it on Toky. The rest is very good service and at a very good price. The support (Arjan) is impeccable and is always attending to changes that we have needed. Highly recommended!

Facilidad de implementación, calidad de la llamada y el buen servicio de atención al cliente que tienen. Rapidísimos en la atención siempre que los necesitas. Lo único negativo es que algunos apartados de la configuración estaban un poco escondidos y era difícil encontrarlos. Lo han mejorado con la última reestructuración del panel que han realizado.
Intuitivo, de fácil uso pero aún quedan funcionalidades ha mejorar
El servicio de atención de cliente de Arjan es de maravilla y el software ha sido un gran cambio para la compañía.
Igualmente, quedan funcionalidades pendientes de desarrollar que para nosotros es un must to have tal como tener un numero móvil de España o tal como al configurar un IVR y pulsar una opción u otra, dentro de esa ramificación se pueda desviar a un numero externo solamente una de las opciones pulsadas y no todo el IVR.

He is world class customer support.
I threw him curve ball after curve ball of issues that frankly I don't think he could have helped with and over a long single session of chat, but over multiple accounts (LOL).
He was kind, patient, helpful... and in the end he even pulled some magic out of his hat and did some things I didn't even think possible.
He alone makes me want to continue to be a customer of Toky.

We use Toky for political meetings with 200 attendees that watch a live stream.
We use MyMeet.no as our speechlist and digital meeting software, and when a delegate needs to speak he adds himself to the speechlist in MyMeet, and the Toky operator sees that, and use the Toky excellent powerdialer.
Its easy to import the delegate data to Toky and easy to delete the data after meeting due to GDPR.
Overall Toky is perfect solution for our political meetings when people can`t meet each other.
