Fantastic Service, good communication and excellent client feedback!

A luxury unit was hired for my daughter's wedding, the unit arrived on site defective, we notified the company of the operational issues immediately they arose; When the loos were flushed the chemicals failed to turn off pumping chemical into the waste tank, the water to the hand basins was nothing more than a dribble, completely ineffective for washing hands. Having contacted the 'out of office' number we were told to turn of the power to the unit rendering it unusable for the evening - we had wedding guests camping. A local engineer who did his best to assist, replaced parts the following morning for the chemicals but could do nothing with the hand basin pump impellers, which were clearly failing and did not work properly, this unit could not have been checked properly before it was delivered to us. We requested a replacement unit and were told that nothing would be done until the following Tuesday, three days after our wedding! The unit stopped functioning later in the day requiring guests to use our tiny outside loo. The stress this caused can I'm sure be imagined.
This was the first thing I organized for the wedding and the first thing that FAILED.
I would never recommend this company!

In response to your reply below, as I had already mentioned in my email:
You deny logic in your report.
If the male toilet was flushing continuously on Friday after delivery because it was tested - your operative was then able to identify the part and fix it on the Saturday.
If it had not been used Friday then it would have failed in the hire period on Saturday on arrival and was Not fit for purpose !
If my husband had not opened the lid and turned off the tap the entire chemical contents would have emptied into the waste and none of the three toilets could have been used !! your operative, said he had reported the very low tap flow on this unit.

Excellent company to hire from. Toilets were delivered and collected when said. Clean and modern.

Very useful in places where you do not have drainage

Toilet was good, delivery and collection communication wasn't as good as I would hope - there wasn't any warning before the delivery and it was 7am! It wasn't collected on the day it was due to be.

Flush wasn't great u could see every think in the toilet always stank sanitiser never really worked and minimal toilet roll.
Moved to Four Jays group.

Family party, with several camping in our field. Needed a toilet for night calls and daytime convenience. This suited our requirements. Company easy to deal with and toilet delivered and collected at suitable times. Delivery driver was hesitant about driving on grass but was reassured and there was no difficulty for his truck.

Cleaned out regular on site by Joanne. She would call me to let me know she was coming and would reverse around the back of the site and then service the toilet,
