They don’t cover components that the salesman when you’re being sold the policy tells you that’s covered you have to read the fine print so extremely important. This company is a POS stay very far away. Do not give them your money. I paid faithfully for two years and when I had mechanical breakdowns, they did not cover it. I say again stay very, very far away from this company, they bamboozled me. They lied to me. They are not a reputable company at all costs. Do not use them for your car warranty and anybody that’s reading this review. This is accurate and true warranty statement from an owner of a Togo warranty. They did not cover items that should have been covered. I canceled my policy and they still took money out be very leery. Do not buy this warranty. Stay away. I repeat stay away.

I have been a Toco customer since November 2021 with multiple vehicles, and I am extremely disappointed with the outcome of my first reimbursement claim. I own six vehicles, three of which are covered by Toco. My local service provider, who services all my vehicles, mistakenly provided the wrong mileage over the phone—quoting the mileage of my Kia Optima instead of my QX56. Based on that incorrect mileage, the rack and pinion and wheel bearing issues were considered ineligible for coverage.
However, when I picked up my QX56, the actual mileage was around 124,700, which would have qualified for coverage under my Toco plan. I explained the situation thoroughly, and Toco advised me to submit documentation for reimbursement. Each time I called, I was reminded of the $100 deductible and the requirement to call before repairs—something I have always done except in this instance due to the mileage discrepancy.
I emailed all documents with an explanation on 11-19-2025, and Toco entered them into my portal on 11-25-2025. Today, I was told the claim was denied because Toco could not inspect the issue prior to repair and considered it a high-cost repair. Aidan informed me he was able to get approval for only a $500 reimbursement out of the $2,135 total.
This repair was diagnosed by a certified dealer, and it is well-known that rack and pinion and wheel bearing failures commonly occur around 124,000 miles—regardless of whether Toco inspected it beforehand. I pay $269.81 per month, totaling $12,950.88 over four years, and this is the first claim I have ever filed for reimbursement and the first time I have not followed the precise steps of my contract (again due to the discrepancy). This decision feels unfair and dismissive of both my loyalty and the clear circumstances of the mistake.

I called to speak to someone in billing to set up a new charge card for payment as the charge card I was using got hacked last week. She was very helpful in setting up the new card and very polite.

I submitted a receipt for an oil change reimbursement on May 23, 2025 and they told me it would take 4-6 weeks for me to receive that check. When I called after 6 weeks they told me the reimbursement was never processed but that they would go ahead and do that and send me a check. I waited another 6 weeks and called again and was told I needed to wait another couple weeks, so I did. Once again I called and was told the reimbursement check had been placed on hold but that it would be processed right away and would arrive in 4 weeks. 6 weeks later I called AGAIN (it’s now September 8) and was just told that my check is scheduled for delivery on October 10
That’s almost 5 MONTHS after I submitted my receipt, and several times being told that it was on its way.
I’m glad I never had to submit a claim for something bigger than an oil change, I wouldn’t trust this company to do anything correctly or on time.

Claims specialist was good about explaining the process involved. The AC was repaired and functioned as it should. Although I was very satisfied I felt the process for claim approval was a little slow especially in the Texas heat.

IT TOOK A LITTLE TOO LONG TO GET MY CALL THROUGH OR THEY HUNG UP BECAUSE CUSTOMER SERVICE THOUGHT IT WAS A SCAMMER I DON'T KNOW. SO I TRIED CALLING AGAIN. REALLY I AM HEARING IMPAIRED/DEAF AND USE A STATE RELAY SERVICE DIAL 711 OR A CALL CAPTIONED APP ON MY CELLPHONE. ANYWAY I GOT THE ISSUE WITH MY VEHICLE WARRANTY RESOLVED. THANKS.
