Since the vps host you provide is very different from the hosts provided by other manufacturers, I encountered a lot of trouble when installing Xray.

Support to bad and usually delay 2-3 days to fix issue of system payment

I originally wrote a scathing one star review because I thought I was scammed, however it turned out there were just a few problems. The first was that even though I tried to pay with bitcoin it was flagged as fraud, which is clearly an error. They fixed this manually. The second was that the first vps I bought did not autoprovision. Again this was an error not malice and TNAHosting fixed this without a few hours. Now that I can connect and see this is a real service I fully retract what I wrote before - these were just unfortunate hiccups in the process. Also note that I purchased a very cheap low-end service offering - this shouldn't matter, but sometimes it is possible that cheaper services will have less attention. Customer service was friendly and professional.

I've been using TNA Hosting servers for almost two years by now, and I think it's time to write a review.

Although their website and prices might look like a scam, after trying their OpenVZ VPS services and make a lot of changes on them, I can confirm it's totally worth it.

So, about the price and performance, you get what you paid for, useful for medium to small tests, or even a small game server to play with your friends, host your personal website or portfolio. They're made for small projects and are easy to scalar on request via their support system.

About their support system, it might be slow, specially on weekends, but I think it's acceptable since I've been only attended by the same person every time I open a ticket, so I asume it's only one employee taking care of the support tickets.

Their interface might look odd and outdated, but that's definitely nothing to worry about, since it's easy to use and understand.

All the IPs I've been assigned were clean and not inside ANY kind of blacklist, so that's definitely awesome.

Although, I'd really appreciate if there was more technical information about their products, for geek/need guys like me who compare and take in mind those stuffs before buying.

It has been months that I am with TNAHosting now. They have never let me down with their amazing services at super affordable prices, friendly and quick customer support and wholesome deals. I have never faced severe issues on TNAHosting till date. There were 2 network hiccups (one of which was a DDoS attack), but their IT team worked hard to mitigate the attack and customer support was very friendly in keeping me updated about my servers' status. TNAHosting's network has never disappointed me. I have performed multiple real-world data transfers to and from the server (not minor speedtests) and I was really very happy with the network performance. Coupled with great disk read/write performance, having my servers at TNAHosting has been my best decision.

I got black Friday offers, and it was awesome 👍
