My claim was dealt with quickly and efficiently. Given that the relevant dealerships were quoting minimum 3 to 4 weeks before even looking at it, I was able to take it to a reputable local garage. Everything sorted between TMO and the garage. TMO kept me informed Very happy.

Great service! You only know how good a warranty company is when you need to claim…. I did and the eligibility wasn’t clear, they used fault codes to establish the position and paid the entire bill. Very clear on how to proceed got from reporting the analysis to pay in two hours.
