Fastest issue resolution... ever?
I ordered eight samples and received 7. I emailed to mention the missing one and got an apology SO promptly, and then received the missing sample along with two bonus ones that seem to have been carefully selected based on the other things I ordered - not the same, but suited to my tastes. I also received them so quickly that I imagine they must have been sent basically as soon as they got my email. They actually impressed me more with how they fixed the mistake than if they hadn't made one at all!

The tea is as wonderful as ever
The tea is as wonderful as ever but I ended up with two packets of Tokyo lime and one should have been removed as I was changing from the bigger bag to the smaller one and ended up with both which I didn't need .
Love the honeyed chamomile with kawa kawa always my favourite and convert my visitors to liking chamomile and herb tea drinking. Would have preferred two bags of this as I only have one cup of Tokyo occasionally but drink chamomile all day and evening
