I have been requested for one ticket for Red position for London firework 2025 but the sold me rrhe blue position with any refund . Moreover I lost event as it was not possible to download ticket as they required verification by SMS that I cannot receive. It should be enough verification by e-mail. Now I cannot have refund.

Booked F1 Abu-Dhabi tickets the day before Sundays race. Received an email after chasing the tickets saying they were offering us better tickets in a different stand as the reseller hadn't replied in time. Although they were not better tickets, in fact they were a way off being as good, we were grateful for the service received at short notice. unfortunately though, there was no allowance for the time difference between, I assume the UK and Dubai where we were. We were literally driving 130 miles to the circuit with no tickets waiting for an email back. However they did come good in the end and everything went smoothly after that, something I think you have to allow for a bit, booking last minute.
Would definitely recommend and would use again.

Very big dis-appointment i was booked my ind vs nz match ticket 5 days before the match... the ticket was delivered till complete the match and i was chashing through email and there is no response and i tried to enter the match based on the order confirmation mail, and i came to know this ticket was fake and i forced to stop at dubai international cricket stadium..its big scamer.. i was requested my banker to get back my money..
