Buying event tickets from a 3rd party can be anxiety inducing but I bought 2 hospitality tickets to a liverpool game from tixtfy at a reasonable price and the whole process was extremely smooth. Tickets were sent in a timely manner with instructions. And entry into the stadium was fuss free.

My second time with this company. First time excellent.
This time, my ticket was identical to another man and we needed the stewards to sort out alternative seating. Hopefully it was an administration error on Tixtify's part but I would like to hear from them. Certainly, Arsenal were not impressed

100% will use again. Like many was initially dubious by the setup but rest assured the process is exactly as described. Excellent way to get great tickets to Anfield.

Would maybe advise them to shore up the pro look of their emails to give customer some more reassurance. A blank non signature email contact (though timely and accurate) felt a bit odd in the modern world of ticketing.

Great value, excellent communication

Bought Liverpool tickets.
Was bit concerned when noticed no phone number on site after booking .
But 2 days before I was contacted for all travellers names and then received tickets day before match .
Everything went well with the match and tickets .

Only negative was package said hotel vouchers included but we never got these. So gave it 4 stars .
