I won 700$ for them to just deny me it

I totally regret ever even playing with TitanPlay. You guys are basically denying me my 700$ that I won fairly. And the customer support gave me absolutely no answers. He was not helpful at all. He was lieing to me and running me In circles telling me one thing then something completely different the next minute..it was a awful experience and Im writing a review on trust pilot telling anyone who will even listen to me how bad of a experience I had on this casino. Absolutely awful I finally actually won something and Titan play is stealing it back from me in the most shady of ways. I would've been a great customer just throwing all my hard earned money at you guys but instead you made me a very disgruntled customer and I will tell everyone who will even listen to me how shady of a casino Titanplay is absolutely awful never trust THEM NEVER. They claim the 700$ I won from the 60 I deposited is casino bonus money even tho they never gave me a dime of bonus to play with and they won't give me a dime of it. There has been no resolution at all. They basically stole the little bit of money I won. Do not trust these thieves. If they make it right then I will make this review right with a edit..but until then they are theives and not to be trusted. Think twice before sending these scammers your hard earned money. There is a dozen other casinos more trust worthy and with the same exact games.

I see that our relevant department has been informed of the request and is working on processing the transaction. They aim to complete withdrawals within 3 working days, however the time frame may vary due to different factors such as number of withdrawals being handled at the same time and staff availability.

Great games, quick withdrawals

I’ve now been playing on Titan for a few weeks. First deposited with credit card, when I wanted to make my first withdrawal there was a security check on my account (all standard), after sending in my documents it took less than 24 hours to have my withdrawal approved.

2nd withdrawal took about 24 hours to be processed with no delays.

I felt obligated to leave this review because of all the negative ones, when I was waiting for my first withdrawal to be approved I read all the negative reviews thinking that I was going to be scammed, but it has been quite the opposite.

Great selection of games and pretty fast withdrawals once you send in your documents. 24 hours.

Update: you're a scam site. You disable etransfer payments but allow it when you want to only pay out the deposit and not the winnings. Your owner is an Israeli global criminal who has created dozens of scam sites.

This website is an absolute scam. Read the fine print very closely when you use this junk site played through my entire bonus and they stole $700 from me after playing it through for a ridiculous amount of time. They just took it away and said it was over the max payout for the bonus such a scam. I hope nobody else falls for this scam.

I won $15,000.00 and they’ve only paid me half. They are refusing to pay the other half and stating.
“After double-checking the matter, we see that the funds that were in your account were successfully sent to you.”
Which is completely false.. it also takes days for them to return emails. I’ve played on 15-20 different online casinos and have won over 10k bonuses on I’d say 5 of them, every single other one has been smooth. This is the only online casino that I truly can say that I hate, and won’t recommend to anybody.
