Welcomed at the premises, provided with a hot drink, given all the relevant information we required in order to choose our shed and make our purchase. Arrangements regarding manufacture, delivery and erection were first rate and everything went as smoothly as clockwork. Build quality is excellent.

The ability to look around fully assembled sheds in Titan's 'showroom' was unusual and allowed a proper assessment of quality (which is good). Also a knowledgeable on-site sales team who, having answered all our questions followed the order though, including clarifying further points and being very clear on the detail of the order. Finally the erection team knew their business and were quick and tidy.

Excellent Customer Service, a very good shed, beautifully built, the site left immaculately tidy and all debris removed including the old shed which was recycled. Very good value for money. We were kept advised of progress throughout the ordering and delivery process. We are returning customers and ordered a larger shed than the one we had before with built in shelves to suit our current requirements.

We bought a garden shed from Titan Garden Buildings.
The staff were very friendly and the team that installed the shed worked none stop and were very customer focused.

Went to purchase a shed was met by some lady who called herself the manager. Very rude person abrupt and antagonising. About as much quality as there poorly made sheds and very expensive aswell .

Had used Titan before so were expecting a repeat of their efficient service. Not disappointed. Summerhouse order went smoothly from initial visit to installation. Excellent.

Titan was recommended to us and I'm so glad we purchased through them. We needed a garden office and so went with the Lugarde from Titan. Alex, from Titan has been fantastic - highly responsive and worked closely with us from the design of the shed through to final installation. He did two site visits prior to purchase and another as the groundworks was being finished.
Titan don't do the groundworks, installation or electrics themselves, and I was nervous about choosing my own contractors as I didn't want to get "Caught in the middle" with people blaming each other if something went wrong, so we went Titan's recommended partners for each of these services and, I've got to say, they were all great. They knew exactly how the process works, they knew the other teams in the process and Alex was brilliant at liaising with all of them.
The whole build took about 3 weeks - a week for ground works (done by BackToBases), a week for settling of the base, 3 days for construction (done by New Timber Spaces) and finally 2 days for Electrics (done by Goldhawk Electrical).
I have no regrets and would recommend this to anyone

Very happy with our cabin purchase. Moda was very informative when we ordered the cabin. The delivery driver was very courteous and helpful. We were very happy with the installers. Jo and jay worked very hard on a very hot day. They were polite and friendly and detailed with their work. Thank you to Angela for prompt service.

So far a complete disaster with this company. Delivery was so late (and information about likely delivery dates so unforthcoming) that we had to buy an interim building to put up, to protect the plumbing and electrics that were being installed - so considerable expense and lots of builders time wasted trying to fit around everyone’s scheduled time. When the building did eventually arrive it did not fit together properly (even the guys constructing it said they had never seen anything like it), leaving huge gaps above the doors (big enough that I could put my whole hand through). The seller said it just needed to ‘settle’. 🙄 Now someone has come to our house unauthorised and unannounced and carried out the work they said they would do once the building had ‘settled’ resulting in large gaps in the walls that the sun shines through and with the large gaps above the doors remaining. Utterly dreadful customer service. Refusal to help unless I show them CCTV camera footage of their people arriving to do the work, to prove they actually did the work. Their argument being that they don’t know who came and did this most recent ‘work’. Happy to share photos of the disasterous situation we are dealing with with this company. We are years into this situation with no resolution in sight.

A very poor experience. Constantly having to chase for updates, promises that they'll get back with info, and never did.

I understand that are effectively just a middleman (Lugarde were the supplier) and therefore not responsible for delays (months in this case), but basic customer courtesy should dictate that they are a bit (even slightly) proactive in keeping you updated.

The only instances where they were very prompt with contact was when asking for payment!

The Lugarde cabin itself is good quality BUT what I'd recommend to anyone is go direct (or to an alternative supplier).

Very pleased with the product and the installation of the apex shed. There was s slight issue with a slope of the concrete base but the installers did a workaround with no issues, so many thanks. The only issue I had was the length of the delivery but it was worth waiting for.
