I m usually a happy buyer and not into writing reviewed too often. However after a lot of patience and follow up I don’t have a choice except to pen these words regarding the worst recent purchasing experience. My order TEP-3000967203 (containing 05 Sunglasses) was about to be delivered on 01 Apr 2026. However despite repeated reminders the same is yet not delivered till date(06 Apr) by Titan. Further there are no updates from Titan team regarding delay in delivery nor any assured date given till now. Customer care has no clue & they don’t even respond to mails. Upon request to speak to their senior customer care team, they were not able to come to attend the call despite holding it for over 15 mins.
They are neither refunding my paid amount- nor extending any compensation and not even any communication from their end.
Strongly NOT recommended to buy any products from a company which takes no responsibility of order once receiving the amount(prepaid).
Such kind of process delay was just not acceptable from a brand like Titan (by TATA group). As a customer - feeling trapped in a non-ending circle of dates.
