Purchased an item. Decided to change my mind. Attempted to cancel within 5 hours of the initial order.
They advised that they can’t cancel it because the order is already “completely processed”.
They said to decline the delivery.
At this time, there was no shipping info generated for the order for another 8 days. How could the order be completely processed if they didn’t generate a label for another 8 days?

I ordered a tube man, zombie, leopard, and piñata this year. All were zip up one pieces. All of the costumes were fantastic and even though they’re not machine washable, I did wash them on delicate and hang them to dry. Hanging the tube man upside down helped his “hair” stay up. My 5 foot tall 80 lb son could wear the adult XS. My 4 foot tall 65 lb daughter wore a child’s 10. I do wish the piñata was a little stretchier. Where the ribbons were sewn on, the thread didn’t stretch. I was a volunteer at a school dance and had to get up and down from the ground a lot and could feel the tightness in those areas. I had to be careful not to pop stitches. Customer service was beyond amazing and shipping was extremely fast. If you’re looking for simple to put on, but nice costumes… these are it! The designs of other things are great too. I also loved the socks and earrings I bought to go along with my piñata costume.

My original costume arrived with an issue, but through a live chat I was able to have it addressed and resolved immediately. The service rep I interacted with was polite, to-the-point, and helpful. Ultimately they even had a replacement rush-shipped to me so that I could have it in time for Halloween. 10/10 satisfaction - couldn't be happier!

I'm very happy with my order. I ordered size S and it is a little bigger than expected. The overall hangs a bit but still very nice and good quality.

We loved our onesies but I believe the size chart should be taken with consideration. We went off of our height and the recommended size was way off, and was way too long.

Costume completely exceeded expectations. Delivery was fast and I was kept updated the whole way through.

Hi Tipsy. First off your customer service was amazing. Very responsive and quick to act. I’m very appreciative of that. Unfortunately the quality of the costumes that were ordered and reordered were not of quality. 90% of our costumes arrived inoperable/broken. We ordered four costumes that were light up skeletons. One of the costumes you were unable to resend due to it now being out of stock. So we ended up just wearing broken costumes that were partially lit up. I sent pictures over to your customer service department. And again, they were very fast to respond.

We weren’t happy with the product but they did make it right without causing a headache.
