The product is getting better and better. The interface is easy to use. However, there are a few issues we are facing with the template desings but hoping that the product team will resolve those issues soon.

Never judge a book by its cover, respectively… Do not underestimate this tool because it is called… “TINY”!

TinyEmail is user-friendly and the automation is a breeze.

This is a mature and powerful tool, a world-class product as it is right now. I was delighted to find out that provides both Email and SMS campaigns!

It integrates with over twenty other platforms, including Shopify to Stripe, etc.

Also, it has A.I. (called TinyEinstein) to help you generate the subject line and the preview text. Includes automated client segmentation based on the purchase, abandoned cart, welcome series, and other automation. Before you send your email campaign, the system checks if your links are working.

Includes a variety of professional templates, as well as countdowns and other call-to-action features. Additionally, it provides embedded forms, popups, and flyouts.

It provides everything you need to start sending professional emails. I honestly highly recommend it because it is a hidden gem.

As of now, so nice! As a couple more items from their roadmap go live, I'll update this review (WooCommerce, advanced automation triggers, drag and drop builder).

It's quite simple to put up an email using the template maker. The wide range of email campaign statistics are often good right out of the box and are also extremely understandable and instructive.

The contact importer is highly user-friendly and works excellent.

One of the best email platforms that we've used and got some results, the dashboard is well designed and the template designer is great.

We also love how it connects easily with Shopify, the platform has tons of features; we highly recommend TinyEmail.

Great seeming product!

Who doesn't need a simple emailer? I had to switch from Mailchimp for many a reason, and came across these guys. Seems to be a win!

Product itself is pleasantly simple, it has presets that seem targeted mostly for marketers (which makes sense), but can be adjusted to my needs quite easily. Happy so far!

The only glitch thus far is that my main working software that integrates directly with mailchimp, and I had a person unsubscribe. It doesn't clearly look like this person is shown as unsubscribed on tinyEmail (which pulls contact info from mailchimp). May be too early to tell, so I am not letting it affect this review.
I haven't yet needed support so I can't comment, though I am very happy to see many positive reviews on this topic!

So far so good! Tinyemail has all the right things in the right places and the upcoming additions make it even more exciting. So far the delivery rates are also much better than the experience I have had some competitors.

So far this is the best email platform I have used! The template and campaign builder helped me delegate the design to my colleagues and better distribute our work. I am quite happy with tiny email!

SOME promise.. yet lacks customisation

To begin with I could see great promise with this platform.. The email builder and templating options seem great!

It would be nice to have a genuine wysiwyg editor to see the images when editing the template options.. It would be nice to have an HTML code editor even if the builder can not offer these features out of the box. Another work around could be to expose the API for custom fields, then I could connect to my existing choice of Wordpress form builder..

It doesn't have the full functionality of some others (yet) but it is more than enough for our business. If you don't have a dedicated team for marketing, aka you are doing it yourself or email marketing is not a major focus of your business, then TinyEmail is a great solution. And they charge on an email usage rate not subscription rate which is a major bonus on the main competitors.

I am super happy with Tinyemail. I am a real estate agent and wanted a platform similar to Tinyemail but many of them were cost prohibitive.
I got everything I was looking for with this platform and have been able to easily integrate my crm through Zapier.
So far, so good. Very Happy!!!

TinyEmail's interface is the finest because it is simple to use, attractive to the eye, and intuitive. You can test the waters with this excellent email marketing tool before committing to a paid subscription. Creating and sending the campaign takes very little effort, and it achieves excellent distribution rates.
The campaign designer is also great, as it is dependable and feature-rich.
When you're at a loss for what to write, the provided examples are a great place to begin.

Honestly, this is the easiest email program i've ever found (i have used a lot!).
TinyEmail is the first program that made it a seamless process to upload my contacts, segment them and send them newsletters and email campaigns. This is now my go-to email marketing platform!

The team at TinyEmail has been amazing to work with. I was able to set up their email platform to my Shopify store quickly. I had a couple of hiccups, but Mashiar was there to help. This is a tool that works well as it is now but has a great roadmap of things to come. I look forward to seeing success with what has been one of the nicest email campaign and automation platforms I’ve experienced so far.

First I had some problems, but it got sorted out by the support. The UI is great and Tiny Email has a lot of great templates. Just overall a great tool.

Its been a nice experience, not problems.

I have been using tinyEmail for sometime now and its a good product as a starter.
I think lot of integrations needs to be added and then it would be a perfect fit for small entrepreneurs.

TinyEmail ist a very innovative tool for Emailmarketing. It's very easy to create good-looking, highly converting emails for onlineshops. I'm experimenting with the tool the last few weeks and I'm quite happy so far.

I would like to have more options to automate campaigns with woocommerce. Let's see what the future holds.

Although the tool is new, it has many features available in much more established tools. We're excited to start working TinyEmails into our flows, and think we will use it quite a bit!
