Non delivery of my orders, scam site

My experience is similar to everyone else - SSD ordered May 2026. Never delivered. No response to emails or calls.

Buyer Beware - A costly lesson to learn

Do not deal with this company my delivery has still not arrived ordered 23/5/26. I have disputed with PayPal they keep replying with a shipping number, doesn’t exist. They reply to PayPal queries to keep delaying refund.

This is a scam do not buy anything from this site. I never received my product and seeing later reviews on the web verify this is a total scam

My Experience with the TinyCarry "16TB" SSD Portable Drive" is the same as everyone elses. (And BY THE WAY: If you are reading this and are considering purchasing this product, I urge you to put your money away and run.
This is a HUGE SCAM. Just over the past couple of years I have noticed, to the dismay of my wallet, that there were (and are) a lot of well advertised products that are completely bogus, ripping people off with not a care in the world of getting charged for this. I could name a few other products that I have had, either never arrive, or the product like the 16Terrabyte SSD from TinyCarry, are not the product that was advertised.
My question is, how long are they going to get away with it? The product works; it's nowhere near even a few hundred GBs, so it's just a matter of false advertising. How long are they going to get away with it?? The ads are still running on google.

is a HOAX! Product did not work and could not be formatted.

Company (TinyCarry.com) is a shipper only; distributing cheap Chinese junk! Does not respond to enquiries, provide service, or process refunds.

Deserves a negative Trustpilot rating!

I bought 2 16tb drive that do not work and it came from China, when the site stipulate that the device are designed and developed in the US, but it's ship from China in a generic box with no company marking. Then tried to contact by email and phone, the phone doesn't work and email there's no response.

Their website says they have a 5 star rating with trustpilot, but we see that it's only 2.5.

I ordered 3 of their 16Tb “disk”. I won’t get into the delivery problems but if you track your order it will show delivered at the exact time you try to track it.
When I did get the package, I found it to be being falsely listed as an M.2 drive. This is NOT an NMVe drive. It’s just an unbranded microSD card hot glued inside the case. The length of the case has been made to be as long as an NMVe drive would be.

MicroSD drives are no where near the speed of an NMVe drive. This is clearly meant to deceive.
The drive did not work right out of the envelope. Despite it showing it was formatted exFAT, it didn’t work. Reformatting it again as exFAT made it useable. Formatting it as NFTS using Windows 11 also did not work as errors were threw off about not being able to read certain blocks.

This is not an SSD, this is a microSD. The fastest microSD is only half the speed of the slowest SSD. A microSD card’s physical size limits the data it can carry to.about 2TB. The largest microSD cards today are 1.5TB to 2TB.

A class action suit may be needed. The product, while widely advertised through Apple iPhone mobile games, does not show up on the tinycarry.com web page.

15 days & still waiting! Will now start process of getting money returned. No answer to email. No progress in transport & no way to check about delivery.

I would give them 0 stars but it was not an option. I bought a 16 TB SSD drive and the drive never worked. When I tried contacting the company their phone number does not work and my 20 emails were completely ignored. Stay away from this scammers!!!

No delivery, no response to emails. Obviously a scam. What a waste of money.

Useless company. No delivery after over 3 weeks. No replies to emails. Crap company, most likely a pack of crooks. Utterly disgusted with this disgrace of a company. Likely the product I purchased is garbage again. NEVER AGAIN. Even if they were the last company on the planet I will never purchase from them again.
