Ordered a month ago, and I haven't received any communication of any kind. SCAM ALERT!!!!! I wish I had seen something like this which would have saved me money. I want my money. I'm on disability and I ordered a blanket for my bed to feel a little special being that I am bedbound. Shameful that you take advantage of the vulnerable.

I ordered 3 blankets in November. I got a message saying they were on there way. I did not get them! They sent them to someone else's address, it shows on tracking. This is unacceptable and I want my money back or my order sent to me. I can't get ahold of them, there website is gone and now they are selling them under a different company on Instagram. Shame on you! Am I supposed to go to where they sent them and knock on their door? That's dangerous! I reported this to the BBB! BAD BUSSINESS! They have screwed a lot of people and Instagram allows this? You need to fix this immediately! You will hear from my attorney! Thanks for nothing!

I Made An Order and never received it they contact info is not responding I'm going to take them to court and sue them I have my fam who's part of attorney law office to look into it for me pin point where exactly the site is coming from

Zero stars. Ordered 3 blankets Dec 14th tracking said was in Los Angeles Dec 26th and still says in Los Angeles. Today I received a harmonica. I have sent them several emails before today never received a reply. Total scam

I give them a big fat O I ordered 4 blankets for Christmas back in November 2022. I even paid extra for insurance to be sure they arrived in time.. NOTHING!! was sent one email saying my order was on the way. I never received it. It's January 2023 now and my 40+dollars is just gone!!. My emails have been ignored. No number to reach them.. this is BS never order from this scammers . I had to spend extra on Christmas because of this 😡

Order 2 snuggles for my husband and I for Christmas. Order confirmed on Nov. 17th. 10 to 21 days for delivery. Took 5 days to get our of China. Left Nov. 23rd. Been stuck with their stupid AG number in Hendersonvillle TN since Dec. 9th a d has not.koved. oh it showed it arriving to customs in LA. Going to Alabama, yo Henderson united states to nashville then Hendersonville. Well here it is Jan.11th no delivery, USPS says bot their tracking number, no label created. So guess they screwed me over too. Thanks Grinch for ruining our Christmas. Was looking forward to getting these. Had one as a teenager with the quilt look. Was looking forward to finally finding and getting one.

I ordered 2 Fluffy quilts have not received them. Got stuff to charge phone. Hugely disappointed

Scammers, and Facebook Shame on you for continuously allowing scammers and ignoring reporting them and continue to promote them. You will recieve a package of a £1 special item if you are lucky. 05/01/23 my item arrived . You can not contact them at all and no parcels sent back are acknowledged.

N-O-T-H-I-N-G!!!! I emailed customer service ON 12/23/2022...... STILL NOTHING!!! I tried the FAKE A@# tracking tool and it showed a DIGITAL GPS VIEW that my package was delivered to the WRONG address 5 streets over...I even went to the house noted for the delivery and we all know the outcome to that "WE DIDN'T GET A PACKAGE" with your name on it. SMH...... I hope BBB gets a hold of all these complaints and tracks down this USELESS SCAMMING WEBSITE PREDICTOR..... STILL PISSED and just want my $22 + shipping back.. I knew it had to be too good to be true!!!!

I ordered two blankets got earmuffs. I also ordered a scooter I got a feather pen. This company is a SCAM!!!!!!! I want my money back or my order.

Ordered 4 fluffy blankets before christmas and got a quill. They've not replied to any of my emails. I've just read the other reviews and I'm p*ssed off that it wasn't a mistake but a scam.

I ordered a king size quilt, and I received some horrible cheap ear muffs, well annoyed, and they won't reply to messages or emails I have sent them, even though I knew this would be the case when I received the ear things, so beware, they are out and out scammers from Facebook, lesson learnt.

Lies stole my money 2 times received nothing.

Ordered 2 blankets on 2nd December 2022 money came out of my account and I did NOT receive my order, very disappointed please either ship my order or refund my money

Ordered 3 beautiful fluffy comforts received a scarf. Not even 3 scarves only one.
