Great service from Ian. We called up to make sure the car was still available before making the journey, Ian advised us that they would hold the car until we had chance to have a look making sure it wasn't a wasted journey. When we arrived the whole process was quick and smooth. A fresh MOT and a good clean were done before picking it up this morning. Handover was smooth and Ian made sure we knew where all the controls were, talked through everything and sorted the warranty. Great little cheap first car for my daughter with service like I had spent a fortune. Would happily recommend and wouldn't hesitate to return for the next car.

I was genuinely quite anxious about getting a new vehicle, as I haven’t had one since 2014 and I know how much cars have changed since then!

However, I honestly cannot fault the incredible service I received from Tim’s Motors Nottingham, particularly Ian, who delivered my Suzuki S-Cross today.

Ian was absolutely brilliant. He was patient, friendly and took the time to go through everything with me, answer all my questions and make sure I understood the car before he left. I now feel genuinely confident driving it, which is a huge thing for me.

As a woman who doesn’t know a great deal about cars, buying a vehicle can feel quite daunting. From the MOT and service to the 12-month warranty and the way everything was explained to me, I feel like I’m in incredibly safe hands with both the garage and the car.

I can’t thank Tim’s Motors and Ian enough for giving me such a reassuring, professional and genuinely lovely experience. I’ve got complete peace of mind, and I’m absolutely delighted with my new S-Cross.

​I recently bought a used car with t.i.m. UK Motors, and I only have good things to say about their customer service, staff, and overall process.

​When I called to find out more about the vehicle and book a test drive, Gabriella was fantastic—very nice and prompt in clarifying all my questions. The test drive was booked for the following day, and Gabriella patiently explained everything about the car, its features, and its history.

​When I decided to purchase, the entire process was transparent and smooth. After putting down a deposit, the vehicle was fully serviced and a few adjustments were made according to my preferences.
Upon final payment, Gabriella handled all the paperwork and road tax with me, making sure everything was correct, clear, and that I fully understood everything, always more than happy to answer any questions. Also good to note that a year's warranty and breakdown cover were included in the price, and that the vehicle came in a visual immaculate state - very clean and tidy.

​Right before driving off, Gabriella took the time to go over the main controls of the car once more, making sure I was completely happy before I left. They even followed up afterwards with a message to see how everything was going.

​Overall, excellent service from Gabriella and the team, and a stress-free process! I'm very pleased so far, and now it’s just a matter of time to see how the car behaves in the years to come. Highly recommended!

I am delighted with the service that I received from Ian and from Gabriella.
Upon spotting the car on auto trader, I rang the number provided and despite it being evening hours, Ian answered promptly and gave me detailed answers to my questions despite being with his grandchildren! He gave excellent customer service which was extremely friendly and informative.

He was also massively helpful in giving me the information that I needed to exchange my car as I don't really know that much about cars; and he gave me a good exchange rate for trading in my car as part of the purchase.

When I went to test drive the car, Ian had put the back seats down ready for me to see how much space there would be at the back with the seats down, and Gabriella came for the test drive with me and was really friendly and informative about the car.

No question was too silly for Ian or Gabriella and they gave me lots of information and advice.

Ian was endlessly kind and patient when we were swapping cars and paperwork, and he was very gracious about all the dog hair that we couldn't get out of the back of the car that I was exchanging!

The service from the start, when I first started talking to Ian at Newark and notts show, nothing was too much for them, he bought the car across to me at home near Lincoln, I had a test drive, brilliant service and when I went to pick my new car up, the atmosphere, the greeting from Abigail, everything just felt right, and the handing over of my car, 1st class service all the way, I highly recommend them

The whole experience from Abigail first phone call, viewing the car allowing us to test drive to going through the actual purchase was amazing Abigail dealt with the whole procedure I had help from my grandson in finding the car he took me to view the car and from then we met Abigail so very glad we did. She is an absolute credit to your company I had absolute confidence in her knowledge and treatment throughout this transaction. This was the first car I have ever purchased myself as my late husband always bought our cars. Thank you again
