They will tell u flights are booked and confirmed .... then a few days later they will call back and say the airline has cancelled the tickets.... the agents act like they don't know who u have spoken to and then send u a conformation letter to which they run through the minimum details and tell u to send a email saying u agree to the terms..

They will take ur hard earned money and not feel any way about it

I had bad experience with Traveltoharam which is one of their agent. Try to avoid times travel.

Times Travel charged us £990 for changing a reservation for the two of us for our flight from London to Sydney. We then found out from Swiss, who were the Carriers, that Times Travel had overcharged us and that the actual surcharge for this change of reservation should have been £496. We asked Times Travel to rectify this mistake by returning our overpayment but they refused and instead offered to give us travel vouchers for £496 in compension. We declined this and insisted on a cash refund because by then we had no confidence in their integrity. We heard no more from them and they have ignored all our attempts to communicate with them by phone and by email. We also sent an official Recorded Delivery letter to them as advised by our legal counsel, to settle the matter amicably. They ignored this and did not respond. We phoned them today. They told us the case is closed. We are now in the process of initiating legal action against them.

We wish to alert you to a recent scam operation where fraudsters impersonated British Airways (BA), leading to a significant financial loss. My friend and I were deceived into parting with a total of £750 under the guise of legitimate transactions with BA. This incident has prompted us to file a detailed police report, and we are pursuing legal action to hold the perpetrators accountable for their actions, aiming to recover all lost funds and address the damages inflicted.

We traveled to Saudia in December 2023. Mr Mahmood dealt with us. He was so professional and trustworthy and he provided us very best hotels in Makkah and Madina with private transport as well as visas etc it was so blessed experience for the whole family and we pray for him as well especially. we thank Mr. Mahmood and the company Times Travel for the wonderful service highly recommend 5-star

I had an issue with Alexa Travel where one of their agents charged me incorrectly. Despite my attempts to contact them through various means such as email, phone, I was unable to resolve the issue. As a result, I reported the incident as a scam to my bank. However, at the end of the day, I managed to find the phone number associated with the charge and decided to call. Luckily, I was able to speak with Zee, one of the directors, who promptly resolved the issue within a day. It was then that I discovered that this agency operates under the name "Times Travel" and has been taking advantage of customers. I must commend Zee for his exceptional service, as he not only secured a refund for me but also followed up with several phone calls to ensure that everything was resolved satisfactorily.

Wanted to cancel booked Emirates that I had booked with Emirates directly. Googled what I thought was Emirates phone no. and asked to cancel flights. Was told to pay £330 cancellation fee.
This call was actually Alexa travel and Times Travel took the money.
When got through to Emirates was told that there was no cancellation fee on our booking. Alexa/Times Travel at no time this was their fee and not Emirates. I definitely feel that I have been scammed over this.

I went into times travel in April as it was local and needed to book for 10 people as it is going to be especially occasion in September. Throughout the whole process Minahil has been very helpful,i was able to communicate with her on WhatsApp when needed to. I would thoroughly recommend dealing with times travel and Minahil

We have been booking with Romina for the past few years and everytime the service has been excellent.

Recent we travelled to Zanzibar annd Nairobi. Often we just tell Romina where we wish to go, and we leave the rest with her. We trust her attention to detail and to ensure that we get the best accommodation and experiance are commendable.
