I purchased a umrah trip. They screwed up big time.
They sold me a 3 star package as a 5 star.
Then they gave me room only against breakfast package which I paid for
The worst is that once you contact them, they never take action to fix them... they will give excuses or ignore you.
They use many different names like what a reviewer mentioned above. I will need to go thru trading standards to get some money back.
Avoid avoid avoid
Use your local companies... at least they are contactable if something goes wrong.

TIMES TRAVEL MYTRIPUK SCAM AGENTS
We as a family booked our tickets through Times Travel made the payment through our bank.
Times Travel somehow passed our details on to My Trip UK. Everything was fine and going good only until Covid-19 Coronavirus had spread and our flights were suspended by Emirates which we accept.
Things got really ugly when we were dealing with this corrupt travel agency..We asked for full refund and they said Emirates is refusing to give us money so we then asked for our travel vouchers. They kept lying and lying coming with all sorts of excuses.
Apparently, Emirates is refusing them vouchers aswell now? I been to Heathrow Emirates help desk and they told us there is no way we are refusing these and to contact travel agent again. I personally called Emirates on several occasions and they had repeatedly told us that these travel agents are using excuses and clearly lying to you.
Now this agency MyTripUK has the cheek to tell us that we can only book flights through them and pay the fare difference if any. Vouchers?? Where is this voucher up in clouds?
MyTripUK we are living in the age of digital information so please stop lying stop preying on people's money and profiting from ill gains. You are profiting from this coronavirus how sickening is this?
Anyone thinking about booking tickets throught mytripuk be warned about the paid reviews or fake accounts being used.
I fell short of £3000 and with no vouchers and only to be told about Emirates refusing.
THIS REVIEW IS BEING MADE PUBLIC ON MULTI SOCIAL NETWORKS TO AVOID PEOPLE LOSING THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY.
ALWAYS USE A REPUTABLE COMPANIES OR OFFICIAL WEBSITES TO PURCHASE TICKETS.

This company is NOT good what they did…
This company is NOT good what they did is took my money for my flights. After i keep calling them and calling them they no pick up so I go to the address in London that they provide but it is not real so they using fake address. Avoid this company as they will take your money as well. Please tell friends and family to stay away from this.
Plz plz plz don't use this website as they scam you and no my kids holidays are ruined we were going to surprise for his birthday but now its ruined and my kids very upset.
