Everyone at time to talk was great from the initial contact to the quality of the finished repair.

Everyone was polite and knowledgeable and everything was completed quickly.

My eyes watered a little bit at the price, but that's just how much things cost these days.

Had an intermittent problem with my out of warranty phone switching in and out of different modes. Took it in on Wednesday, I paid a £25 diagnostic fee to check what the problem was. It was repaired later the same day. I was fully expecting to pay for new parts, labour etc but was very happy that I wasn't charged any extra as the fault was rectified during the diagnosis. I wasn't ripped off and wouldn't hesitate to use Time 2 Talk in future.
It was also good to note that other customers at the shop while I was waiting to be served seemed very happy with the service too.

Fast and friendly service, well priced, and almost deserving of an unqualified five stars. Almost.

The only hitch was that the adhesive on the back of the phone seemed to have a mind of its own, and within hours the back was staging a daring escape.

I did not take it back—time was against me and the phone was needed immediately. Fortunately, I knew exactly what to do and the fix was easy enough.

Would I use them again? Absolutely. Without hesitation. In fact, I will. I would simply check the back of the phone before leaving the shop, just in case it decides to go walkabout again.

Fantastic service from the staff at Time2talk. They are very knowledgeable and spent a long time transferring all my data from my old phone to the new one. I bought an iPhone 16 and very happy with it. They also helped me a few days later when I had a problem with my emails. Would definitely recommend them.
