Daryl was really helpful from the start of the project and helped design a bespoke lodge to meet our requirements. Communication was great throughout the project. The quality of the logs and finish is excellent. The install date planned was met and the lodge was completed swiftly and efficiently. Any issues arising during the build were dealt with promptly and will full cooperation. Would highly recommend.

Had many quotes looking for a nice cabin to use as a gym and stumbled across these guys. I called Matthew in Coventry and we had a good conversation about what type of cabin I should go for. I found Matthew to be extremely honest and knowledgeable.

Over the next few weeks, I hammered Matthew with non-stop questions and each time he calmly and happily dealt with my enquiries. I think I must have set the record for WhatsApp messages to Matthew.

When it came to fitting the cabin arrived on time the guys all turned up at 8 am and worked solidly throughout the day. All very polite and extremely professional guys. I was impressed at the speed at which they worked.

The next team of guys was the painter and carpenter and you couldn’t have met a nicer pair of guys. True ambassadors for the company and a delight to make coffee and teas for.

Overall, I cannot recommend this company highly enough, every employee I came across was super polite and professional and Matthew was amazing with the way he put up with my questions.

Are they the cheapest? No! Are they the most expensive? Absolutely not but there is a famous saying from Red Adair that goes… “If You Think It’s Expensive To Hire A Professional To Do The Job, Wait Until You Hire An Amateur.” These guys are serious professionals.

Definitely the best log cabin company out there and 100% recommend. Well done guys

Great garden room Lee and Ant were commendable installers .Thanks fellas

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a cabin from Timber Building Specialists, and I'm thrilled with the service! From start to finish, the entire process was smooth and straightforward, and I couldn't be happier with the end result.

To start, the team was incredibly professional and attentive, taking the time to listen to my needs and preferences for the cabin. They made sure to address any concerns or questions I had throughout the process and kept me updated every step of the way.

When it came to the actual construction, the team was efficient and meticulous, leaving no detail overlooked. The craftsmanship is impeccable, and I am blown away by the quality of the finished cabin.I can confidently say that it is the perfect retreat for me and my family, and roomy enough to accommodate guests comfortably.

I highly recommend the guys at timber building specialists to anyone in need of a sturdy, beautiful cabin, I couldn't be happier with my experience. Thank you, for providing me with a summer getaway that I will cherish for years to come!

Once sold they simply don't care, customer service is beyond terrible. Had issues with wrong parts delivered tried calling them for several hour but no answer on any of their phone numbers, how could that even be possble to not get an anwser from three different numbers on thier website?

Customer service is extremely poor, the main beam for the cabin roof was the wrong size(which they wouldn't accept on first phonecall) Mistakes happen however it's how you fix them that matters!!. The roof was left with tarpaulins (we had to purchase) on it for nearly 3 weeks. Promises of phonecalls that never happened, when they did call, kept changing time frame! didn't have a clue what was happening, lost 2 weeks holiday we had taken to build and complete! Weather was against us when they tell you it can't lie about in the rain and has to be weatherproof for warranty. Then they thought they were doing us a favour and sent 2 joiners(who were great)brought the wrong size beam again! Despite us sending videos of the wrong size beam! The joiners went to another company and sourced a beam for the roof on the same day! (Different quality wood) . Why they didn't do that in first place? We had to cancel electrician, whole thing set us back weeks! Numerous phonecalls ignored since, no compensation! They have the cabins made in Latvia, wonder if they paid full price to them? Happy to take your money, bespoke it is not! Whole experience caused unnecessary stress. Cabin is good quality but beware of customer service!! Still waiting on a return call!
