I don’t find any way to contact Tilia earth as there is no response from the customer service.
I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLATFORM!
I sent so many emails without any answer. The customer service is nonexistent! If you have problems with your account, good luck with that. It's so ridiculous! At least, respect the customers who bought properties on your platform!

I am definitely impressed with what I am seeing however the ability to actually interact with the planet, our properties or even more so other users will be the tell all. When that happens it will bring real value to the project. I currently own two properties and will invest more once proof of concept is achieved with VR. I would recommend a server solution where users subscribe for access to be sure that the servers are paid for and management will be able to function based on server cost, plus a realistic profit to the creators of less than 30% of the total required fees. Especially since the creators should get 5 or 10% ROI ever sale and resale of each NFT property. The COO told me that each property is Minted and stored directly on the blockchain.
