Visited Roccia in Preston for some replacement floor tiles. The service, staff knowledge and pleasant attitude show my Ishy was excellent. If you require tiles then Roccia should be the first port of call And ask for Ishy

I visited the store looking a little lost and not knowing where to start, only to be helped along by Irfan. He helped me choose the tiles and all the other bits that I needed. Thank you for the help Irfan.

Roccia were one of the suppliers recommended by our bathroom fitter.
Visiting several times I always found the staff in general to be helpful and knowedgable and prepared to give plenty of advice.
Alison was excellent at designing our bathrooms and was very patient as we changed our minds on what we wanted, but she got us there with what we fell is the best design possible for what we want.
Irfan gave us sound advice on tiles and spent time to explain options and mixing and matching.
All in all it was an excellent experience and so glad we chose Roccia as our bathroom and tile supplier and I do not hesitate in giving them a 5 star review.

The customer service received in Preston Roccia by Siraz and Masood was amazing. They helped us choose tiles for all 4 bathrooms. They knew exactly what we wanted and helped make our vision into reality. Incredible service!

Excellent tile showroom, massive choice, and great advice from people who are very knowledgeable. If you're undecided about what you want this is the place to go. Choice service and value. Can't be beaten, Shab picked our tiles glad he did, we hadn't a clue.

Needed some Tiles for an en Suite to replace some damaged ones. As it was over 10 years since we last bought tiling we found the first visit rather overwhelming as the styles and more importantly sizes of tile available today were far bigger than we anticipated. Fortunately we were approached by Ishy who was brilliant and assisted us in a very helpful and patient manner and sorted out a sample tile to take home and try in situ. On our second trip to Roccia we sought his help again when purchasing and he went above and beyond to make sure we were happy - even when we changed our choice of tile finish at the very last second when they were being loaded into the car. 10/10 . He is a real Star Thanks Ishy.

The good lady and I needed some tiles for a bathroom that we were renovating and she been told by a friend about Roccia tile showroom in Preston.

So we drove to the tile showroom where we were met by a wonderful sales advisor called Zain.

After walking around the impressive and fast showroom the good lady found a tile that she liked but unfortunately they didn’t appear to be enough tiles for our requirement so Zain called upon the services of Babu.

Taking the instructions of the good lady both disappeared for round about 10 to 15 minutes before coming back with the best answer that they could ever have given they had located another few boxes of tiles.

The good lady was so happy that we bought every single box.

A massive big thank you to all staff at Roccia who made us feel comfortable and valued, we will always look at you first whenever we need tiles.

Excellent showroom. It definitely has the wow factor! I loved everything, the displays, the staff friendliness, the design of the showroom, the layout, the lift, the garden section, the helpfulness not in your face, the accessibility, the choice, the staff knowledge, the price was broken down, we got adhesive and grout included, even the car park was very clean and modern. WOW

We went to the Preston showroom, been served very quickly and received an absolutely high standard sales service with practical advises ! The salesman (Oves) served and helped us to find our best choice also supported with really helpful advises for our tiling project. Also received a helpful and quick service in the distribution centre by Hanif's team ! This is an absolutely professional business in every ashpect. Thank you guys.

Outstanding customer service, Masood took his time and was extremely patient with our requests whilst showing us around the showroom. Customer service is second to none, Roccia went out of their to ensure we were comfortable after making a trip to Preston all the way from London!

My wife spoke to Gill who was really helpful, she asked Claire to send a photo of the tiles we wanted, which Claire did, from there Gill got back to us, we ordered the tiles and they were delivered in a week. Two weeks later we ordered a second lot again all over the phone. Gill arranged for me to collect these from Preston the same day. A third time Claire ordered trims from Gill which I collected from Bolton and met the lovely Gill in person. Super efficient customer service, Gill returned our call when she said she would (a novelty in some businesses today), a credit to the company. We have used Roccia previously and after this experience, will definitely be using them again.
