Bought some beautiful tiles today! Excellent service, not pushy at all, just incredibly helpful. I would highly recommend Ishy who was friendly, approachable and got our order sorted without any fuss at all. Thank you, highly recommend.

Returning customer
Returning customer this time we dealt with Maz who was most helpful in finding us the right tiles at an amazing price. There is so much choice it's easy to get bamboozled but the friendly staff are always there to help you design your project, this time we are re vamping the garden with porcelain non slip outdoor tiles there is a fantastic range to choose from. And a price point for all budgets, dont be put off by the expensive looking showroom the price range is extremely competitive and nothing is too much for the Roccia staff. Maz even showed us his own garden project to help us with our design.

Roccia Preston
It’s not often you go buying anything and deal with excellent customer service all the way through the experience.
Roccia Preston did just that today, when buying a large number of tiles and all that goes with them.
Zain was very friendly, helpful and couldn’t do enough for us. Even helping load the van. His colleague in the warehouse was equally accommodating, and good fun despite only just moving all of the tiles we were buying.
We had to visit their warehouse by the docks to complete our order and again we were helped load, with a smile.
Given how hot it was, late on a Sunday afternoon, credit should be given to all the members of staff we encountered.

Brilliant service and the showroom is incredible
Have dealt with Tilemart/Roccia through three bathrooms, a kitchen and now a utility room. Service is always great and the showroom is incredible.
This time out was looking to match the tiles from my kitchen floor and Irfan was a lifesaver. Could not be more helpful and seems to go out of his way to provide brilliant service.
Always my first port of call for tiles even though it is now an hours journey from Liverpool.

Great customer service and choice.
Great customer service both by Ishy in the trade sales, and the Guys at the distribution centre. The best part was discovering how eager all the staff were to find a solution immediately it was discovered the product ordered was actually out of stock. We judge companies by how they react when things go wrong. This is a great company.

Amazing customer service by Shiraz couldn’t fault it in any way! Showed me all around the shop and helped decide which tiles would be best suited for the bathroom I liked. He was very patient and polite . Knows how to deal with customers demands. Would highly recommend!

Came all the way from Bolton to have a look at kitchens and bathrooms, we asked a member of staff in the kitchens department downstairs that we’ve seen a kitchen in Wren and was wondering if they could draw it up for us and give a price. He straight away said “we are double price as we are high end, he asked how much we got quoted and he said well double it that’s our price. We are high end and you’re looking at lower end” me and my family felt humiliated and just walked out, very disappointed as would have atleast expected him to have a look at the kitchen we got quoted, see if there’s anything he can provide our even similar. Not how customers should be spoken to.

I ordered tiles for my bathroom and kitchen and was blessed to find Irfan from ROCCIA Preston who was freindly, knowledgable, patient and provided great customer service. I would reccomend Roccia to anyone who wants ideas, designs, advice and tiles. The whole process was easy and stress free.

Fabulous showroom
Fabulous showroom. All the staff are welcoming and extremely helpful. On my first visit they were about to close but stayed open to allow me to browse and they still took the time to give me advice. I remember Ishy and Ashif in particular, but I have to say, all the staff are lovely.
