im not actually sure what the tiles are like as I've twice asked for samples and still don't have them. Not sure who's fault this. It may well be the postal service !

They supply tiles. Badly.
Their own Web page says delivery between 9 & 5 and further down between 8 & 6. They have take no responsibility for delivery and leave it to you to chase up. Zero comminication. It goes to a third party which is a maze of subcontractors, who view tile.co.uk as their customer (which they are) not you.
They say "do not book any installers until your goods have arrived and have been checked". And that you have 48 hours to check for breakages. So, they expect you to open up the 'boxes', which fall apart, and check every tile, then book a tiler. Their justification for this 'it is procedure'.

They don't make tiles. They supply them. Badly. They couldn't care less.

After delivery by pallet a few tiles were broken but replace with quick delivery by post ..many thanks .highly recommended ..

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

We ordered 'VICTORIAN GREEN METRO TILES'. To the untrained eye, these looked absolutely fine. However, when our bathroom fitter looked at them, he noticed that they were all bowed. When laid on a flat surface they wobble.

Customer services confirmed with us that there is a 2mm tolerance for all tiles. However, after holding a ruler against the tile, you can CLEARLY see that the tiles are way outside of the tolerance at 3.5mm. These photos have been sent to customer services, but they are still pushing back. Apparently, they have checked their current batch in their warehouse and they are all within tolerance...why do all 6 boxes that we have received have an issue then? We have also checked the same tiles with another company, and they do not have this issue? Multiple tradespeople that we have spoken to have also confirmed that these are not fit for use and they would not feel comfortable using them.

We have been told that we can return the tiles as they are 'not to our liking'. It isn't that they are 'not to our liking', we would love to be able to use them; they are clearly FAULTY and NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE.

This has pushed our bathroom refit back by over a week due to this company's inability to admit that there is an issue.

Do not give this company your hard-earned money. They are now attempting to charge us £60 to return the tiles that we quite literally cannot use without ruining our entire bathroom.

Awful company. I ordered a sample for the orchard pearl brick tile which was as expected - a white tile with a pearl sheen. I proceded to order 319 tiles only for every box to contain drifferent shades of grey tiles. Incredibly deceptive and completely unprofessional. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Excellent serice - prompt delivery of well-packed sample tiles. Selecion is wide but unfortunately they did not have the right tile for me and on this occasion I shall not be buying from them.

I ordered sample tiles for free which was very helpful. I love the bamboo ceramic tiles which will look great with my bamboo work tops. The tile calculator also useful.

I want to share my experience with this company. They sent me damaged tiles with black marks on them. There was no any info on their website that tiles are faulty. When I contacted with them and told them that my order is damaged, they asked me to take photos of all tiles (42 pieces ) to prove they are faulty. After that they sent an answer that tiles are good and are not faulty because there are the “common marks” and if I have changed my mind I can arrange a return and send them back. And here another problem occurred, because if you want to send an order back you need to have a pallet. I don’t have any pallet and told them and they replied they only can accept a return of order if it will be packed and wrapped on pallet. They use only service of Palletways company for deliveries and returns. A propos Palletways company they have a very good service, driver was very kind and helpful. Their delivery service was on the high level and Tiles.co.uk should learn from them how to serve the customers. Finally, I didn’t return my order because I didnt have a pallet. I lost my money. Please avoid this company.
P.S. I gave only one star but I would like to give zero.

Do not use this company, items our not as described. Customer service is terrible. You only need to check recent reviews to be put off by this company. Pay the extra and go elsewhere.

I wish I could give tile.co.uk a zero star. They are rude. Unhelpful and not friendly.
I registered for trades discount with my company name and details and they sent an email saying that they don’t think I buy on regular basis !!!! How they came to this conclusion? No one knows. I think they should not be allowed to trade at all for having such a bad customer service. Worse company I ever dealt with.

Easy to order and quick delivery of sample to confirm colour
